Everything was good. The room was clean. It would have been a great place to see the launch had it gone off on time. I would surely stay there again.

Everything was very nice except the shower left a LOT to be desired. It was very old looking and we didn't have hot water two mornings. Starting a busy day without a shower, NOT GOOD ! ! !

Raised rates for Shuttle launch, refused compromise upon cancellation of launch

Ok motel, convenient for Cape area, but refused to compromise on doubled rates when Shuttle was cancelled. Hotel stuck to its 24 hour cancellation policy, even though we called motel as soon as Launch was scrubbed at about 3 pm for the 9:40 pm lift-off.

Everything I want to write about is on your don't list. I requested a one hour extention to check out and I was refused. Maid only made up the bed and nothing else. She said because of the economy that is what they were told to do. Seems like they want to blame the the economy for poor service. I will never stay anywhere near Tituville during a launch.

Room was typical motel rated room, but the sink was constantly clogged, hot water ran out, very musky smelling, not enough people working to handle "so called resaturant", which was basically a breakfast room and not much to order! The remote didn't even work on the T.V., The bar was not overlooking the water like described. The grounds were clean and neat, but maintenance definitely needs to work on some of the things in the rooms! There is not many nice places in the area to stay, have stayed at others. This place was better than Best Western on Chaney though.

This is a really nice and friendly hotel. It is so close to KSC which is what my group of 20 plus rooms needed. The rooms that have been redone are very nice and comfotable. It has a nice comp. breakfast, huge clean pool, and a kick'n bar on premises with entertainment and low prices(local type hot spot with dancing). Great value for the price. Our group will be back often.

Convenient but dirty

This hotel is about as close as you can stay to Kennedy Space Center and the waterfront location is nice (would be a great place to watch a launch). The rooms are cheap, but you get what you pay for -- they come with lots of roaches and even ticks.

ROOM SMELLED BAD AND BED WAS JAMED UP AGAINST THE WALL ON ON SIDE. COMPLAINED TO THE FRONT DESK AND WAS PUT ON HOLD UNTILL I FINELLY HUNG UP
