“Completely wonderful place: will return”

Perfect beach hotel experience. Wall of windows in bedroom and living room, with sliding doors, let us lounge around our room feeling like we were partaking of the ocean rhythms -- pounding surf, gorgeous sunrises. Balcony: comfortable chairs (but no table for drink or lounge chair for napping). Microwave, small refrig (no freezer) and bar sink was a minimal but adequate "kitchenette." Desk faced the ocean and there was amazingly good internet connections. The king bed was a "sleep number," though I'm not sure it worked. When we needed housekeeping or maintenance, they were very speedy. We ordered room service pizza from the hotel restaurant and were able to keep the plates, etc to enjoy our leftovers the next day. There was a pool, but we didn't use it. The beach area was nice, well-maintained. We will definitely return.

“Nice Get Away”

You can't beat the beach front location and spectacular sunrises that this place offers! Our busy schedule kept us away from the amenities, but we'd definitely stay here again.

“Nice service, good overall experience”

The hotel is conveniently located on A1A. Although not luxurious, the room was decent and clean - which I cannot always tell about some hotels with higher star ratings. I would stay there again.

“Huge disappointment from last year!”

Stayed here last year and everything was perfect. This year not so much. Fridge had spoiled food smell. Two of the three lamps in living room area did not work. Slider to deck from living room would not open. Open hole in ceiling of bathroom (grate missing). Comfort bed did not work. Appears they are working on renovations but should have put us in one of the already renovated rooms. Needs a facelift for certain.

Walked to Crowne Plaza and looked to be an upgrade from the Radisson. Nice bar in beach area and friendly staff.

“A great getaway on the oceaN”

The rooms are spacious for familys traveling with children. My two kids were able to go to bed or watch tv without my disturbing them or vice versa. When they went to bed, I was still able to enjoy the balcony, ocean tv and keep lights on to read in bed while they slept peacefully in bed. The maid made up their bed and placed their stuffed animals nicely on pillows, as if we were in Disney! Staff were friendly....it was nice to go to!

“WOULD STAY AGAIN”

THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE HOTEL IS WITH THE TV. THEY HAVE GREAT HD FLAT PANEL TV's IN THE ROOMS BUT ALL THE INPUT CIGNALS ARE ANALOG. THIS COMPLETELY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF HAVIN A 1080p SET. THE PICTURE IS FAIR AT BEST.

“"Can't even express the disappointment"”

We drove from our vacation in Orlando to spend a couple of days at the beach. I can't even express the disappointment when we arrived at the Radisson in Melbourne. The hotel is dated and not appealing at all. We went to view a room on the off chance that it may be better than the outside of the hotel however the room was dirty and outdated as well. We could not even stay!! it was just not suitable our family. I would have been constantly worrying about the fifth with our young son. The pool also left alot to be desired. Horrible choice on our part and would not recommend it to anyone.

“Would not recommend”

This review is about the quality of the room. As soon as we walked in, it had the smell of it being a smoker's room. The furniture was very tired looking and we actually took the spare blanket out of the bedroom closet to put over the couch. The blanket had cigarette burn holes in several places, and did not appear to be clean either. The staff was very nice which helped us to deal better with the not ok room. If they put in new carpeting, painted the walls and got new blankets it would make a huge difference. Definitely needs some TLC.

“Ocean front marvel”

Everything was great, a two room suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean less than 50 yards away. Couldnt beat the value. Beds had adjustable mattresses and extra room equipped with MW Fridge Flat screee\n WiFi . Cant wait to get back

“Nice Quiet Hotel.......Great Couples Getaway”

We stayed over Valentine's Weekend 2011. Quiet time of the year, very nice accommodations. Awesome oceanfront view from Bedroom as well as Den area. Spacious balcony. Would stay again in a heartbeat :-)
