Not bad, considering the price.Posted Aug 1, 2015
Pros: Location. Friendly staff. There was a nice gym nearby that you could use for $10 a day, which includes a towel rental.
Cons: Facilities are OLD, and they need to restrict entry to keycard access at night. Free breakfast is a joke best skipped.
Location: The hotel is near a bridge that leads to the sandy beaches that this area is known for. There's also boating and golf nearby.
Sister and I were seeking an inexpensive hotel in Melbourne to crash for the night, and this fit the bill. The facilities could definitely use an update; that having been said, it was clean and the staff was reasonably friendly. Skip the free breakfast and use some of the money you saved to buy something at the Dunkin Donuts down the street.

Large, Clean RoomPosted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Large, clean room.
Location: only a few minutes drive from the beach and the historic downtown area. Very conveniently located.
Our room was spotless! The room was also much larger than a typical room. My wife who is very picky was very pleased. We will be back! The rate was excellent as well - an exceptional value - highly recommend!!

Nice for last minutePosted Jun 8, 2015
Location: We were so excited that there was a real Krispie Kreme donut shop pretty close :)
We needed a last minute hotel and the expedia rate was the best we could find. This was our first time at a SUPER 8. The hotel was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator- This isn't a huge deal, but it's hard when you have a baby and a ton of stuff to unload (request a first floor room if possible). Another issue that I think can be fixed is the entrances to the actual hotel room hallways. They are unlocked! I am used to these types of doors being locked and guests needing their keys to get into the actual hotel. I felt safe with 3 locks on our room door and being in the middle of a city, but the owner should consider fixing that. We actually went to the beaches a little South in Sebastian, but this area is very nice and close to the beach too.

FilthyPosted Apr 30, 2015 on Hotels
The place is filthy. The carpet is gross. Despite of the owner at the reception being very nice. the place reeks sewer and cigarrets.

The shower was very nice. The towels were soft. The pillows were very hard sponge. The bed was so hard I could barely sleep.

Visiting our sonPosted Apr 23, 2015 on Hotels
...we were visiting our son at the Nationals baseball field, so I heard about this site for several hotels in the area. I decided that we didn't need to spend alot of money for one night, so we decided to stay at the Super8. We were told that the location was 12 miles away, NOT! It was 30 minutes away. We walked into the hotel and it smelt awful, the rooms were out dated and no we'll never return. To say the least, I mean when paying less, you get what you pay for...just saying...
