Sparta is situated 95 miles (153 kilometers) southwest of the national capital Athens.

Ermionida is around 50 miles (80 kilometers) from Sparta. This center contains a some great tourist attractions, like Church of St. Demetrios, Dardiza Beach and Crusader Castle. Ermioni Museum and Library and Agion Anargiron Monastery are some more attractions here that should be included on every visitor's to-do list.
