We informed the hotel we would be checking in late and when we arrived there was a night porter who did not know what he was doing. He wanted to keep out passports over night so he could give it ot the hotel receptinist in the morning. we were not happy about it and refused. he wanted us o pay in cash because he did not know how to use the credit card machine. as it was our last night in Croatia we did not have that much cash. Afer much persuasion he agreed for us to pay when we checked out the following day. We had to wait 30 minutes to check out at 6 in the morning because we had a early morning flight. We had to wait for the receptionist to get out of bed as she was the only person who could use the credit card machine.
The room was very basic not worth the hight price that was advertised. I would not recommend this hotel as the service and hotel was dissapointing.

Beautiful, spacious, air conditioned family room on the 3rd floor. Cleaned to high standard daily.
Friendly staff (special thanks to breakfast waiting staff for finding a birthday cake and candle for my daughter's birthday at 7am!)

This was a great place to stay. Right in the heart of the old city of Trogir, we really couldn't have done better. Through no fault of their own, the Hotel had no rooms available for us, but they already had made a plan to utilise a friends newly furbished hotel apartment.
The only negative is the parking and instructions should be sent out at the time of booking, so that you don't have to move your car around and try to find parking pre checking in.
Great staff and I would really recommend this hotel.

We had noticed that the check in was listed as 11:30-12:00 but wanted to arrive later. We called to see if we could get a later check in. They were very good about it and just asked for a rough time and asked us to call when we got there.
When we checked in everything was explained. The room was clean and comfortable. The host offered advice on the city and answered our questions about bus times, etc. We were able to sort checking out early without bothering anyone.
It was a short stay (one night), however an enjoyable one and would definitely stay there again.
