Grelt hotelPosted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: Room size , lots of natural light and good reading lights, something that is often missing in hotel toms.
Location: Within walking distance of old town and port.
Comfortable large light room. Just what we needed after travelling for some weeks.

Nice hotel, good amenities, friendly staffPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Staff, breakfast, room amenities
Cons: Queen / king bed instead of twin beds
Location: Old town Split / Diocletian's palace is a 20 min walk.
The hotel offers nice rooms with good amenities. Not a fan of the twin beds. Nice breakfast buffet included in the room rate, along with wifi. Friendly and efficient staff. Spa offers good quality treatments at half of US prices. A fairly long walk to Diocletian's palace, but that is the only downside.

Poor location and not the quality I expectedPosted Jul 30, 2014
It is a fair distance from the old town, which is where all the restaraunts and everything are. The hotel staff where not very friendly. I left clothes by accident in the wardrobe and called as soon as I realised and they denied it and were not helpful.

Classy hotel, decent location...Posted Jul 25, 2014
A good 4-star hotel of the standard you would expect. Nice restaurant (tho a little pricey), good quality clean rooms. Okay wifi reception. Spa use included which is good - gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool. Location is good - 20 min walk to Diocletian's Palace. Easy cab ride.

Location: UNESCO's Diocletian Palace is just a few minutes walking distance away.

Hotel and facilities very good and staff really helpful. Walk to harbour area, beaches and palace not too far. We enjoyed our stay in Split.

Very welcoming hotelPosted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: Huge comfy bed- friendly staff
Location: Not many bars or restaurants nearby- better off in the town where there are an abundance of places offering good food at a reasonable price.
Excellent Hotel- pleasant helpful staff, we enjoyed it here very much.

Noisy noisy noisyPosted Jun 20, 2014
Cons: Noixe, room windows
The picture on the front of the hotel web site is misleading as it shows the hotel as being on the waterfront, it is not, it is 15 minutes walk from the old town. Although the rooms are good and comfortable the noise from the road is awful, the windows must be made of paper. Dosn`t matter if you have a room at front, side or back of hotel don`t expect to sleep as the trucks and lorries roar past all hours.

Good place to recover from 15 hours of travelPosted Jun 5, 2014
There is no airport shuttle but a bus from the airport stops close to the hotel. A restaurant serving Balkan specialties is located a couple of blocks away. We could walk to Diocletian’s palace. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is nondescript.
