Really liked the room and convenience of the location. Staff were courteous and helpful in suggestions. There were a few things broken or not working, the only one that was really disappointing was the refrigerator in the room. We were told that several were broken and they were in process of replacing them. Was offered to use the one in the dining area, but it was locked and could only be accessed when staff were available. Our second day, there were several new ones stacked in the dining room. We asked if any way one could go to our room and were declined.

Great restaurant. Spa had very limited services. Hair found all over bathroom upon check-in. Lots of construction. Staff do not knock and would just open door for cleaning or other services.
