“Horrible beds”

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel until I tried to sleep on the beds. The place was clean, and I enjoyed the kitchenette. But the beds are unsleepable. I think sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. We were slated to stay for two nights, but I called another hotel to make reservations for the next night immediately. The hotel staff was very helpful though and we had no problems checking out and getting a refund for the second night.

Area recommendations
The downtown area is a nice place to stay with lots of dining and eclectic shops. I enjoy staying at the Fairbridge because the location is nice and the price is good.

“HORRIBLE experiance”

from the outside the hotel looked ok. to get upstairs you had to use a key so that was nice. However, once entering our room it was a horrible experience. The room smelled like animal pee. The room was VERY small. The bed was harder than the floor. there was only one blanket on the bed. there was extra towels in the room, that was nice. After a "long" three hours of restless sleep as it stunk so bad, the hard bed, and the uncomfortable temperature (even after trying to fix it many times) I got up to shower. When turning on the shower the water smelled like a sewer! It was worse than a dive! Never again!

Area recommendations
we did not doing anything in this town. I would NOT recommend going anywhere near this city during their "hoopfest" ! everyone was sold out, didnt get our rental truck until 2 hours late. only then because I called so many times.

“ok, but pay attention”

Refrigerator in my room unplugged and full of wet towels, Coffee maker in 2nd room had moldy coffee packet still in the basket, just not very good attention to detail. But - the other parts of the rooms were clean and the bathroom was too!

“no comforts at all”

Tiny room, depressing colors, awful hard bed, no extra pillows, tiny old TV, no shampoo or lotions, no hair dryer. Not even a box of tissues! I would not call this a 2 star motel!

“It's Ok”

It's OK! We were on the 1st floor and I can truly say that the ceiling is very thin. We could hear everything going on the second floor. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EVERYTHING OOOO LALA. Recommend silence is truly golden if you are on the second floor.

Area recommendations
Nice restaurants around the area. Small grocery stores were also available.

“Not Impressed”

This hotel is clearly meant for non-local workers seeking a cheap place to stay. Bed was worn out. Not great.

“nice room....annoying smell”

The room was nice and spacious. Everything seemed to be clean and tidy. The only downfall was that there was a smell of cooked mexican food in our room. The front desk said someone was probably cooking and seeped through the ventilation system into our room. We opened the window a crack and turned the bathroom vent on. It seemed to help a bit, but the smell still lingered.
