Professional staff, providing superior service!

Very nice hotel! Staff are friendly, personable, and professional. This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay and at a very affordable price. They take great care to provide excellent customer service and a very clean, comfortable facility. Excellent location also, it is within walking distance from Spokanes beautiful downtown shopping district. Couldn't be more impressed!

Comfortable and close to downtown

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: It's proximity to Riverfront Park. It's continental breakfast.
Location: As I already mentioned, it's location was excellent. Close enough to downtown, just a few minutes walk away, but still reasonably priced.
Very nice place at a reasonable price. Within walking distance to the Riverfront park and downtown activities. It was nice not to have to even walk along any busy streets as you can just hop on the Centennial trail along the riverfront and walk right into town. Room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast had a great variety of options.

Pros: Location and price
Cons: Nothing that I could see.
Location: Within walking distance to downtown resteraunts and shopping and the riverfront walkway.
Great hotel that is right off the freeway. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and the hotel appeared to have been recently remodeled. Nice indoor hot tub and swimming pool too.

good overall

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: good staff
Cons: The food could be 10X better for the same cost, heck in 3rd world countries it is healthier, tastier, and cheaper, just buy real food, don't have the
nice enough. but why not have decent non corporate food for the continental breakfast?

Pros: Very clean rooms, comfortable beds & pillows.
Cons: Curtains on windows that actually close
Location: Spokane Arena, downtown Spokane, malls, Knitting Factory. Lots of concert/entertainment access.
The hotel staff seemed lackluster; just there to do their jobs and that's about it. Quite noisy; you can hear folks very well in the hallway from inside your room and also in rooms above you. The room itself was very clean and pleasant. Comfortable bed & pillows. Privacy shade only on the windows - the actual curtains did not close all the way and parking lot lights illuminated room all night. Easy to find your way around that part of town and quick commute to Spokane Arena & downtown. For the price, I would not stay here again.

Would stay again!

Great location; easy on/off I-90 without any traffic noise. Breakfast hours were a good fit for us, and downtown and river front were fairly close. Love Spokane!
