Pros: We love the room and especially the bathroom size. Hate small bathrooms
Cons: We don't get hilton honors points when we go with expedia. Not fair we still stay and pay.
Location: Spokane close to airport and northern quest casino. Not far off the freeway
We have stayed several times over the years at this hotel in Spoikane. We really enjoy it. The breakfast in the morning is very good. Noticed changes in the breakfast area for more seatting.

Pros: The spa n pool were great.
Cons: Better on the room service.
Location: It was a great location.
It's was great. We received great customer service but the only thing I didn't enjoy was that our room was never clean during our stay. No one came to get our trash.

Location: Great location for downtown or the airport.
Have stayed here many times, always happy with the stay. Great place if you Need to leave a vehicle, airport shuttle very convenient.

The mattress on the king size bed was wonderful, the sheets were good - very nice comfortable sleep after a long travel day. Could have had more hot water for the bath though - must be a scald feature on the tap - wasn't hot enough for a nice leisurely bath.

Cons: A little hard to get to.
Location: Between Spokane and the airport
The Hotel was being rennovated, and the small restaurant that is on site was closed. Many people were upset that they weren't notified there would not be food on site. I would have appreciated a heads up, but probably would have stayed there anyway. It is clean, feels safe and the folks in the kitchen are really friendly and great.
