Nice hotel close to park and downtown area.

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: It was quiet in the rooms. The staff was very helpful. Liked the fresh cookies.
Location: Took us less than 5 minutes to get to the walking area and activities in the nearby park. Shopping areas just beyond the park.
Check in and check out process was smooth and quick. Easy walking distance to the nearby park and the downtown area. We will return to this hotel in the future.

Thank you so much for staying with us! Our location is great; near everything downtown has to offer, yet, far enough away to be easy to get in and out of. I hope you will come stay with us again!

Great Location, Great Hotel

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and style of this hotel. It was also at a very reasonable price for downtown Spokane. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Pros: GREAT continental breakfast!
Cons: more blankets/heavier blankets
Location: Gonzaga!
Right across the street from Gonzaga. Beautiful view from the hill. Amazing continental breakfast (bacon, sausage, mini omelettes...) Overall very happy with it.

Great downtown hotel

Posted Mar 11, 2014
We stayed here to attend a late concert at the Arena. It was a very short walk to the Arena and also to the river area and Riverpark Square. The hotel was very clean and spacious, room was great. Our room had two queen beds and each had separately marked soft and firm pillows which I thought was great. Breakfast was really good, and we didn't have to wait in long lines to get hot food (pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc.). For the price, which included breakfast, this hotel was a much better stay than the other downtown hotels I looked at. Would definitely stay again.

Thin Walls

Posted Feb 9, 2014
Pros: Everything but the sound barriers between walls.
Cons: Better sound insulate the walls between rooms and the breakfast could also be improved (e.g Canadian Bacon that could be used for hockey pucks).
Everything was fabulous except for the very thin walls. I was able to hear conversations in the room next to mine which became very disturbing and problematic for sleeping. Way too much noise between rooms.

Great one night getaway!

Absolutely perfect place to stay ! Only thing I had to complain about, was that the front desk staff had a dog behind the desk and it would randomly start barking at people. Other than that it was a great place to stay downtown spokane!
