Good location in Spokane Valley

Location: Close to Spokane Valley Mall
From arriving to leaving this was a pleasant stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way. Pool area was neat and clean as was the rest of the property. I booked and paid through Expedia, and that too was an easy experience.

Nice hotel close to the mall and downtown.

Pros: It was easy access from I-90. Our room was fairly close to the lobby, but it was so quiet. I was pleasantly surprised.
Location: It's half-way between the Spokane Valley Mall and downtown Spokane, so was the perfect location.
Excellent stay. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choices. The room was clean and nice and quiet. The kids loved the pool. Very nice staff.

My husband and I ended up being the guests of the day when we arrived! It was such a nice surprise after such a long drive! We got a bag of candy and snacks and our room was upgraded to a suite!! It was fantastic! The staff was so friendly and really funny! We had a fantastic stay!

Was pretty disappointed in the hotel,, rooms were clean but old, said they had just renovated,, we have usually been happy with Holiday Inn express, but not here,,Or Holiday Inn in Calgary Alberta...to bad :-(

Very disappointed

when booking we asked for the luxury King suite, because we were traveling through the area and it happened to be our 33rd anniversary. Got to our room and the bed was hard as rocks, only 1 towel in the bathroom, no coffee with the coffee maker. VERY DISAPPOINTED . If there was a way to get my money refunded, I would. As for the breakfast all the hot items had been turned off and it was only 9am . The sign clearly stated that breakfast was until 10 am. The gal was in a hurry to chase everyone out. Will not be staying at This hotel again or will recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was amazing & will stay again. Only issue came when told that they were holding $10 for possible charges to room & they held the cost of the room. I was not happy when I saw $85 times two as I had two rooms. Then had a lot of not our fault thing. It been handled but wasn't right.

We really enjoyed our stay with you;Great value; only one thing that was not right; and that was when we went to use the Hot Tub; someone had put way -way to much clorin in the water;when we turned the jets on in the tub;Saturday night; none of us could even breath from the fumes; so had to turn the jets off; Someone should be checking on that and fixing the problem -- That should be checked on a reg basis---The breakfasts were great; and we were not told that on Mon nights and I think Tue?? you put out buns and drinks for -people staying there; we just kind of saw all the food; while walking by; and yes we had a couple of buns and a drink;we really loved that---breakfast/ and buns - wonderful; are planning on coming back to your hotel; it is great value Thank you Larry Jones

Convenient to shopping in the Valley.

We went to a concert downtown and it was convenient to get on the freeway and drive to motel. Would stay here again.
