Good value

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Good location, good value, friendly staff. However, wifi didn't work in my room. Staff said they would try to fix but no resolution. Not the nicest bathroom, but decent for the price. Appreciated the coffee and breakfast in the lobby.

Like the location - right downtown.

Pros: The Sapphire Lounge is awesome!
Cons: Newer heating/cooling system.
Location: What isn't nearby?!
not so good for party - very limited at the hotel. We were lucky to get a spot. The room air circulation is minimal to none. AC did not work so had to settle for the fan.

Pros: Comfortable bed - and that is a big must for us.
Cons: Finding the parking was a bit challenging
Location: Downtown Spokane - lovely old buildings, malls, parks, places to eat and drink.
We had been driving for hours - ready to relax and change clothes for an evening funeral gathering... was informed no openings for several hours.. which was unfortunately when we needed to be at our meeting. They managed to clean up a room for us to check-in early - that was appreciated. At the end of the evening we visited the lounge and had a good time with Casey (sp?) their new bartender.

Great place to stay

Great small hotel located in the heart of everything. Walked to and from our concert across the falls and spent the whole next day exploring the park and shopping.

Charge for parking a block away!!

Posted Sep 6, 2014
It would be nice if either Expedia or the hotel front desk told us we would have to pay for parking, and then park almost two blocks away. I passed the Davenport Hotel. Parking on the street is FREE in Spokane after 7pm.

Hotel Ruby

Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: We liked the price and location of this hotel.
Cons: The quality of the toilet paper and kleenex could be better. Breakfast was okay but should include some fresh fruit.
Location: Right in the center of downtown shops and restaurants, easy walk to Riverfront Park.
Check in was simple. Room was small but clean and nicely decorated with a funky urban vibe.

Clean, centrally located, friendly, convenient. For the price, it is a good deal!
