Okay place to stay. Nice Decor

Overal, the place looks good from the outside. But they do not pay attention to details. Mold in the shower. Cracked surfaces. Hair in clean towels.

Nicely renovated hotel

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: The beds are comfy. There are several pieces of interesting artwork displayed on the walls around the hotel.
Location: There are several restaurants in close proximity. I recommend the Peacock Lounge at the Davenport nearby.
This is a nicely renovated hotel in the heart of downtown Spokane, close to several restaurants and shops and also a short walk to the riverfront park. The staff is friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast is sufficient.

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: almost everything. staff friendlyness, room cleanliness. great location.
Cons: parking was a little tricky but nothing hotel can do about that except maybe not charge extra to park.
We loved this clean hotel, with a great location. The staff was wonderful. We would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again if in the area.

Little noisy, poor parking unless you get there early. But alternate parking available. Over all good.

Very quaint Hotel.

Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: Parking is very limited and difficult to maneuver. Somehow add a second chair to the room would be helpful.
Location: Very close to Spaghetti Factory. Close to downtown and Convention Center (not quite walking distance to Convention Center).
Very clean room. Hotel staff was well-informed, courteous, and helpful.

Clean and nice staff at front desk. Not really vape friendly at first but we made it work. Parking was tricky but manageable. Desk clerk

Great staff

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Location was great, walking distance to where we needed to go. Great staff especially tom that works at the front desk and Ryan who works at the sapphire lounge. I would recommend it for sure. Room was a little small but can't complain. Our room 219 was nice and clean. Single bed.

nice downtown location

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: Hopefully the morning staff was just having a bad day
Across from the Knitting factory so lots of young people and so kind of noisy after midnight for a couple of hours but clean small rooms and a nice continental breakfast. Evening staff was great the morning staff "just did her job with no smile"
