Gets the job done

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Hotel staff was friendly, breakfast was a nice plus : eggs were really gross, the cinnamon rolls were absolutely amazing.

Horrible hotel

Posted Jul 13, 2014
We decided to "splurge" with this hotel because the photos looked nice. It was a TERRIBLE place to stay -- the bathroom was filled with mold all over the ceiling and our room was musty and in the basement. The beds were hard as a rock and when you layed down, the head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed. The flat screen tv was the cheapest they could have and the picture quality was terrible. What a horrible decision to book this place. DONT DO IT!

Nice hotel

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is always nice on a roadtrip. The seating area for breakfast was comfortable.
Cons: A guest came to breakfast barefooted and no one said anything to her. It wasn't appetizing.
Location: The hotel has very easy access to the freeway.
Nice hotel, close to the freeway. Very convenient for a stop on our road trip. Hotel is clean and the room is pleasant. There isn't a lot of choices for places to eat nearby. The complimentary breakfast works well for our family.

Visit to Spokane

Posted May 14, 2014
Pros: Pricing
Cons: Upgrade bedding and bathrooms.
We had perhaps an unusual visit to this hotel, but we ended up in the oddest room. We were placed right off the "Board Room" (read, where everyone goes for breakfast) in the Hospitality Suite. There were 2 connecting doors from our room to the busy dining area. We did envision walking out of the door in our jammies to greet everyone, but decided against that. :) The rooms were fine, but everything seemed kind of cheap quality. I had to get up during the night to "fix" our air conditioner by shoving a blanket between it and the wall since every time the cooling kicked on, the rattles and vibration woke us up. We were also a bit bothered by the fact that they insisted that since we booked through Expedia we had to give them a driver's license to copy. We were not thrilled with that fact and when we asked for our copy upon departure, we were told they couldn't do that and that they keep in on file for three years. We rated this hotel overall as "OK" but that does not mean we would go there again or recommend it for others.

Nice hotel close to Down town, and shopping center

Posted May 9, 2014
Pros: The rooms are ample and clean. Good breakfast.
Location: Nice location near to the Valley Mall, Cabelas, and not that far from downtown Spokane.
We stayed for one night, the room was clean, and ample. The beds were comfy, but a little small for our preference. The room has a mini kitchenette, with microwave, fridge, and sink. They had free breakfast, really good selection of food. The hotel is not fancy at all, but it is clean, nice staff, and the price is okay for that you get. The location is okay, no nice view, but close to the city center, and shopping malls. We wiil stay at this hotel again.

A day in Spokane

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: convenient location, good price
Cons: the first time we went to the pool, there were no towels. A quick call to the desk fixed the problem
We came up to Spokane so the kids could play at LasarQuest. Later, we went to a local Indian restaurant. The inn was convenient to both downtown and the valley.
