“Do your research”

This was an older hotel located in downtown Spokane. The location was convenient for walking to downtown. The downside is that the room was very small and located approximately 25 yards from a working train track. The train came by approximately every 1.5 hours during the night. Maybe this would not be an issue for a very heavy sleeper. Check out other establishments before booking your room.

old, bad repair, way to close to the railroad tracks, not enough parking, great location to downtown but wouldn't ever go back

“convenient location, cleanroom”

the hotel is in a very convenient location. RIverfront park, convention center, and many restaurants are in walking distance. The hotel is situated near a train track but it was not bothering me a lot. Hotel staff was friendly. Microwave/coffee maker, ironing board are available in the room. However internet connection was not always so healty.

“Not if you want to sleep”

It would have been nice if someone had mentioned the train tracks over the top of the hotel. Unless you sleep like the dead there was no chance of a good night sleep. After finally giving up on sleeping I reached over to turn on the lamp and the whole shade fell apart. At this point I figured a bath would be relaxing....after having to wash the filthy tub ;I filled it. I then got in to relax, unfortunatly the tub was so shallow and the drain so low the water would barely cover my legs. I would not recomend this place to anyone.

I would check out the River Front area for shopping and resteraunts.

I really enjoyed my stay in Spokane and the hotel was very comfortable.

“Do Not Stay At This Hotel”

Worst experience I've ever had. Train tracks were right next to the hotel, trains went by all day and all night. The smoke alarm went off at midnight and had to be disconnected. A hole opened up in the bathroom ceiling and was dripping water, plaster and paint onto the floor and bathtub. We left and battled to get a refund.

The actual site was more appealing to wanting to stay there. When I checked in and seen the room. I was wanting just to check out.
