“Had A Really Nice Time”
Enjoyed staying at Ramada Limited! Friendly staff and nice room. Slept like a baby. Will stay there next time I'm in Spokane.

This motel is right down town and is perfect for a night after the opera, play or concert.

Friendly helpful staff- room was clean and the down comforter was a nice touch. The best part of this hotel however, is the location! Right next to the nicest hotels in downtown Spokane at half the price. Very convenient to everything.

“Good for the price”
Location was great. It was clean. service was friendly. The only room for improvent is the breakfast. There could of been more variation. The coffee was not good. A waffell iron would of been a nice touch instead of frozen waffells. More variatioon on danish and fruit. It would of been nice to have bananas. Finally, hard boil eggs are not hard to prepare to have any kind of eggs.

The staff was very present and helpful, they went out of there was to answer any questions I had about the area and what were the best places to go. The rooms made me feel as if I had never left my house they were very comfortable and cleaner then any other hotel I had stayed in. The breakfast, well they had just about anything you could think of to eat very fresh and taste.

the hotel is in a very convenient location. RIverfront park, convention center, and many restaurants are in walking distance. The hotel is situated near a train track but it was not bothering me a lot. Hotel staff was friendly. Microwave/coffee maker, ironing board are available in the room. However internet connection was not always so healty.
