Beautiful river location

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Good value nice room good food
Cons: Nothing
Location: On a busy through road out of Spokane - but convenient as easy to get to and from the freeway
Beautiful river views; lovely patio dining on a summer's evening. Good fitness room and pool facilities. Very good location for hopping on and off interstate 90.

Nothing too roar about

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Location: not a bad location. Closer to downtown and I90
We were put into Building 5. We are retired and normally very easy going. Room was clean but dated and had a musty smell. The mattress was very uncomfortable. We were only there for one night but we would have changed hotels if we were there longer. It just seemed very dated to us.

Good location, but dated decor

Posted Jul 17, 2015
On the plus side: The location is nice, provided you get a room facing the river, and they're actually set up rather well for vacationers, with two pools, a volleyball and tennis court and loaner bikes. Also you're next door to Gonzaga's lovely campus. Finally, the beds were comfy. On the minus side, the place is worn around the edges and the decor is dated. We asked to borrow a corkscrew and there were none -- the host sent us into the bar to get our wine opened instead -- and we waited around for quite a long time for someone to help. That seemed rather clumsy.

Pros: comfortable beds
Cons: Serve continental breakfast
Friendly enough staff. Front desk staff seemed a little unorganized but not too long of a wait
