Not completely Non-Smoking
Posted Jan 4, 2013
Pros: Less expensive, close to Whitworth College.
We actually did not stay at the motel. The location, although central to where we needed to be, did not appear secure. The room looked clean, but worn. It was supposed to be a non-smoking motel, but we saw people smoking outside their rooms and we found cigarette butts by our door and it smelled of cigarette smoke inside the room.

Convenient and cheaper

Pros: price, location
Cons: office, both in looks and service
Location: convenient location for my trip.
I use the hotel as a place to sleep and take a shower so it met the requirements.

Close But No Cigar...

Pros: Location to other venues.
Cons: Looked like it needs a paint job and a few repairs.
Location: Located along the main street (Division) you still turned down a side road to get entrance. There was a vacant drive-through of some sort in front.
Check in Staff were pleasant. The location, right near the main road, had it busy, and the clientele were somewhat 'questionable'. For an overnitght it served, but I would not suggest it for younger un acompanied people. The prices were much too high, but that may have been due to the late reservervations and rooms were scarce. a Bit chinsey- one bar of soap?, ran out of kleenex. Noise in the middle of the night, and you can hear toilets and showers in the rooms next to you, either side. Coffee in the office in the am, was good. The Day Shift looks Zombied.

Stay away. If we had not paid in advance we would have left. Best thing was the pool.

Don't stay here!
Posted Jan 16, 2012
Location: Location was pretty close to downtown
This place is a dump. Our room was so scary we almost slept in our car. The T.V. was from the 1970's as was everything else in the room. The bathroom floor was mushy and I felt like I was going to fall through it. We requested a non-smoking room but got put in a smoking room and it stunk. The only upside was the staff was friendly.

ok if looking for cheap, wouldn't take kids

Pros: cheap, quiet
Cons: shady people at night, not close to restaurants who are open late
ok for an overnight stay, people who hang around the hotel at night were a little shady otherwise I got just what I expected for what I paid. Nice that there was a fridge and micowave in room. Other wise room was nothing exciting but was cheap. Bed was OK, decent for a cheap hotel.

Good, clean, inexpensive motel

Best value for an overnight stay in North Spokane. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room although the hotel office initially gave me doubts as to the quality of the rooms. No breakfast or coffee in room. Close to busy N. Division but was not bothered by road noise.
