Good Location to the AirportPosted Apr 18, 2014
Good enough for a short stay before going to the airport. Can hear the highway and beds were not comfortable.

Parking extra!Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Could be cleaner.
We stayed here before as a stay and fly and the parking was included in the room rate. This time the parking was extra. After we checked in the front desk clerk sent us back outside with all of our luggage to come in through an outside door when our room was just down the hall from the front desk. Hotel seems to have gone down hill in the last 6 months. Shuttle driver was very pleasant and on time.

Not what I expected from Super 8Posted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: Convenient to Cheney where we were visiting grandkids. Was quiet at night
Cons: Better bathroom ventilation; staff in uniforms (I worked at a Super 8 in the 90s and we had uniforms to wear) and more visible. Higher sinks
Location: Guess there is things but we went to watch grandkids during their spring break.
Pros: convenience to where we wanted to be. Beds were comfortable. Cons: sink was low with no counter space (I am short and it was below my waist); limited TV channels; paint was pealing off the sides/bottom of pool and hot tub; mattress was comfortable except it had a thin top over the springs which you could feel; the toilet/tub area was small and the door was warped on the bottom making it more difficult to close; low toilet (felt like sitting on a kids toilet); breakfast - except for yogurt which we don't eat and oranges, the rest was all carbs:cereal, toast, waffles, cinnamon rolls (prepackaged), and apple or orange juice; we were on second floor and ice machines located at far end of hallway on 1st and 3rd floor; for $70 plus a night they leave all these notices to skip clean towels and sheets in the name of going green which we did one night but not the next; poor ventilation for taking moisture out of bathroom when showering; room smelled when we arrived but improved after opening windows

Front deskPosted Mar 25, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness of rooms
Cons: Get front desk people who are pleasant to customers
Location: My stay was work related
Front desk person was rude. She acted as if I was imposing on her. She refused to give me a receipt and did not ask if I wanted to pay with credit card or cash. I am a business person and needed receipt for reimbursement from my company. I had to call expedia and ask them to send me a email of my receipt. What a hassle. Never again!

Budget hotel with horrible internet connectionPosted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Pool, continental breakfast, price, congenial staff.
Cons: Worst internet service I have ever encountered at a hotel. I don't recommend staying here if you are going to need a reliable online connection.
Nothing flashy. It met our needs except for internet service. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were given excellent care!Posted Mar 10, 2014
Very friendly staff. We were given extra pillows without hassle. Our rooms were made up and cleaned. Most of all the desk people were outstanding in customer care!! Thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable

Close to FreewayPosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: location to airport, casino & freeway
Cons: New TVs, better signage to access it, the road says "dead end" but no where does it say it leads you to the hotel and it is very dark.
Location: A truck stop & McDonalds across the field. Casino 5 miles, downtown 10 miles, airport 5 miles. shopping 10 minutes north on Hayford Rd
Was in town for a last minute get away to see a comedy show and visit to the casino, with the possibility of icy roads we decided to grab a room and it was the only place available in the area. Had stayed there about 6 years ago with an early morning flight and it was ok. Don't think they have done anything to it since then even though it seems it was supposedly remodeled. The room was clean, bed was a little hard, pillows flat and an old 27" tv, waffles & fruit for breakfast, pool, exercise room. It worked for a short night stay's but much more than that I would suggest elsewhere.
