This was a wonderful clean place to stay as we were driving though and needed just a place to sleep. Pros: super clean, friendly staff Cons: parking, if you roll in late it's very hard to find parking. We would stay again!!

We realize that people often have differing comfort preferences and we do offer a variety of bed constructions to accommodate these different tastes. We advise all guests to make a request for a specific bed type at check in or when making the reservation. We will do whatever we can to give you what you want.

Nice place at great price

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff - very clean.
Cons: Free breakfast was basically breakfast junk foods.
Location: Close to downtown - if you don't want to drive and find parking, cabs were about $7 each way.
While not fancy, the hotel was decent and most importantly to me - very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the free breakfast. It is fine if you are a carb lover - packaged oatmeal, bagels & toast, muffins, donuts that reminded me of the little hostess donuts. Wish they could have had at least cereal and yogurt as options.

Nice motel away from traffic noise.

Exceptionally quiet, away from the freeway & very convenient to Manito Park, a gem of Spokane. Comfortable beds. It would have been nice to have a coffeemaker in room. There are several eateries within a short walking distance. Breakfast is very minimal.

Nice quiet hotel

Posted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: Nice and quiet snd comfortable bed
Cons: Mini refrig was noisy all night. Also view of hill of dirt and rock could use some landscaping
Location: Close to hospitals. Walking distance to Manito Park and several resturants including Lindmans
Hotel was quiet. Close to all hospitals and downtown for any event. Our room was comfortable and clean. Only mark against it was parking. If you come in after 10pm when they are full you will have to park on street at a meter that becomes active at 7 Am every day, but Sunday.

Nice hotels, but bad stuff... I'll never book!!

Posted Jun 6, 2015
Cons: Staff quality
Location: Hospital, 5 min walking I-90 exit, 5min by car Natural food market, 5 min by car
I went to Montana for travel and I satyed at the hotel just myself one night on the way to return to Seattle. (I'm a woman.) When I was checking in, there was a couple who is checking in at the same time with me, and we got room' key at almost same time. When I went to room, my room was just the next room of the other couple... I thought It is not kind. I didn't feel comfortable with it. but they looked nice, so I tried to enter my room, but my room key didn't work. so I returned to the lobby with a lot of baggege... and then, the staff said he gave me a wrong room number... I still thought okey at that time, and I went my room. When I entered the room, the room was so dark, so I opened a window. I was surprised because I saw the people who was walking the street just in front of the window. I didn't feel comfortable in the room so, I called the lobby and asked to change my room. A woman answered my call and she said she has to check if I didn't use any stuff in my room! or not. I said okey and I returned the lobby again. There was the man who gave me wrong room number and the uncomfortable room. Also, he said, usually they don't give the room on the first floor for the women's customer who stay just themselves. So.... why you gave me the room??? Finally, the other staff who took my phone call gave me a room that is on 4th floor. The woman said it is the upgrade room but I don't need to pay extra fee. Even I got the room, I didn't feel good because their attitude was so bad.

It worked for what I needed

I agree a coffee maker in the room would make me come back. I don't think I should ask the desk for one

Great stay at the Madison!

Posted Jun 4, 2015
Pros: It was very clean.
Cons: Maybe a trash can located out front of building.
We had a great stay at the Madison. We were in town for the Eagles concert, and then stayed an extra night to enjoy the town.
