Nice hotel

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: The beds were comfortable, housekeeping was pleasant and kept our room in good order. We stayed over a week.
Cons: The water pressure wasn't strong, but that's normal in hotels. Parking was challenging, because the entrance/exit was very narrow.
Location: We were right next to the hospital on the hill. Spokane city was a short drive away, down the hill. Nice food places to eat...mexican, subway, etc.
I was pleased with my stay at the hotel. We stayed over a week. Staff was pleasant. They had a laundry room/vending machines/exercise room/quiet room. Breakfast was good...toast, muffins, donuts, coffee, etc. No coffee maker in the room. But there was a microwave and small fridge. We also had extra plugs to plug in our electronics. It was a nice stay. The parking entrance/exit was very narrow, and cars park on the side of that entrance, so you really need to go slow around the curve, not that we were speeding, but you do need to slow down because if cars are parked on the side, there is only room for one car to enter or exit. Its close to basic eating places like Subway and mexican food, ice cream up the street and downtown spokane.

Nice and very quite

Cons: My mattress was not as supportive as some other hotel mattresses.
Everything was just great! Very clean, quite hotel in great neighborhood, not too far from most tourist destinations. Highly recommended to anybody who wants to rest from a hectic day.

Nice place. Great value.

Posted May 13, 2014
Pros: Quiet, clean, a nice place to stay.
Cons: The continental breakfast was a bit spartan. No cereal/milk. Just bagels, toast, muffins, and doughnuts. I don't think I saw any fruit.
Location: Next to Providence Hospital, but a very short drive to downtown sites.
Stayed two nights over a busy weekend for Spokane. Staff was friendly and available. Quiet setting near the hospital.

Not impressed

Posted May 11, 2014
For the price we paid I would have thought the continental breakfast would've been much higher quality. No protein and very few options. I could've had a much better choices at a hotel that cost half as much. I will not be choosing this over priced hotel again and will not recommend it.

Pros: Clean, helpful staff.
Cons: Pillows are really flat.
Location: Great location.
Everything was clean, and the location was great. Not right down town but close enough to walk. The staff was wonderful and really helpful. We will be staying again.

Were signed up to stay for two nights...

Posted Apr 2, 2014
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: See above comment.
Location: Near downtown Spokane.....not such a bad location. Seems to be a boarding place for the nearby hospital.
This hotel was most likely built in the seventies or eighties and I believe it still used the original mattresses which were installed when the hotel was built. Our room was quite dated, but the mattresses were the most telling. My wife commented that they were so old and color faded with rips and tears that not even GoodWill would accept them as donations. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but only stayed for one since the mattresses were so worn that they provided little to no support. Bummer, but this place definitely needs new mattresses.

Hospital access

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: It was clean and had nice rooms
Cons: Courtesy from the desk clerk
Location: The hotel is attached to the hospital which if I had family in the hospital would be amazing, but it was a little difficult to get to.
If you are coming to this hotel for medical treatment for yourself or your family, this is definitely the place to go. Once they found out we were not there for medical treatment, it seemed we were at the wrong place. They definitely cater to those from the hospital. The staff at the front desk answered my questions curtly but there was no real conversation.
