Upon arrival we were informed there was no hot water. Finally got hot water by morning. No mention of discount for the lack of hot water. By not supplying hot water i feel they were not supplying full service for the full price.

The bathroom was extremely dirty and staff did nothing to correct it when brought to thrir attention. Just noted it down like they would tell the cleaners. I was not impressed

We needed to fly out super early in the morning. This hotel was so convenient! It is close to the airport and there is also a shuttle you can take that leaves every 10mins. They had great grab and go breakfast options too! We had a baby with us and so they also provided a crib. Comfortable bed and everything was clean!

Our heater in room 107 was malfunctioning and the room was extremely hot to try and sleep in no matter what temperature the thermostat was set to. The only alternative was to open the first floor window in the -5 degree weather to cool the room down. There was no extra help in the hotel to look at the heater, even the next day.

4 stars. I would like to see usb/plug options on top of nightstands. I had to pull out the nightstand to plug in my devices for charging. Staff was pleasant, room was clean, location was incredible.
