Hallway to the room and inside the room were extremely dirty. Smell of garbage both days as soon as you leave the elevator. The room even had a dirty rags from the previous guest in the bathroom. This was a horrible stay. What a horrible waste of money.

Since the moment you enter the hotel, the person who works at the front desk is unhygienic and not polite. The hallways of the hotel stink of weed and it's dirty. The rooms smell bad, the beds have poor quality and the bathroom has mold. I would never return to this place.

I requested a 2 bed accessible bathroom room for my grandmother. When she reached to the hotel room, it was not accessible. The man at the front desk said that only rooms with 1 bed are accessible. The pictures on expedia's site showed 2 beds and an accessible bathroom. I called choice hotels to complain and share my frustration. How can you only offer rooms with 1 bed for people who need accessibility? That is not equitable. Some elderly people have an aid that works with them. It is not ethical or appropriate for them to sleep in the same bed. Choice hotels need to better to accommodate all people and their situation. The hotel also smelt like Marijuana really bad and people constantly arguing. Not a good choice and will never stay there again.

The property was under construction when we got there, they gave us rooms in the 3 floor where all rooms Had no door locks and there were people still working to Install them. The whole floor was a mess with tools, dust and all the pieces they needed to fix the doors scattered on the floor. One of the rooms they gave us was not even clean with the bed still no made and another with a door that wouldn’t open.

The breakfast pictures on your website doesn't matches the layout we had a very very poor breakfast and l will never book a Quality Inn reservations again thanks for not mentioning that the train whistle strats at 05:45 am right bedside our room.

The gym is a joke. Almost no equipment. The breakfast area had 4 yogurts, cereal and a juice machine. The clerk when I checked in didn’t even get off his personal phone.

I didn’t like the moldy smell of the room. The shower/tub was dirty and outdated. The room had coffee packs but no coffee maker. The linens on the bed looked dirty. Overall outdated and dirty.

The hotel was very dirty and the complimentary breakfast consisted of waffles that you made yourself so syrup and cereal that got crushed while trying to dispense it and then there was no milk.

An aged property in serious need of renovation, which appears spotty so far... Bedrooms are ok altho' linens/towels are threadbare. Bathrooms are in state of near failure - malfunctioning toilets; mildewed showers; flaking wall surfaces. Sidewalks are pitted; card-key doors are balky; the swimming pool - behind a sagging chain link fence abutting a sagging equipment shed - appears to have been retired some years ago.

HORRIBLE A HOTEL OUT OF NIGHTMARES
The WORST hotel ive ever stayed at. First and foremost there's no staff we waited 20 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk. Now to the rooms, its a dump a cesspool of mold and roaches. The bathroom hasnt be renovated ..ever... shower doesn't drain, curtain rod falling off the wall, hallways smell like smoke of all types and no phones in room. And the best part is they know how awful it is that they will give you a refund if you complain within the first 15 min of checking in, but there's no one to complain to! Like literally no one at front desk, they do it on purpose its simply a a horrible place, straight out of a nightmare

Pricing was ok. There was a large crack in the bathroom sink but it did not leak. The tub did not drain well. The bed was moderately comfortable. Everything was neat and clean however.

The desk staff was not helpful. The breakfast was late and incomplete once it was finally open. The washing machine did not work. There was a strange chemical smell. Strange costumers coming in an asking for 3 hour rates.
