Wasn't bad. Seems a bit old fashioned but wasn't that bad. Beds were comfy.

Ck in at 12a out by 430a need to place our heads down before my sons and nieces shoot. The gentleman that ck us is was great he even packed a breakfast for the kids to go!!! Great service

Bad overall

They put in a room next to the lobby; the guests were making noise on the lobby when I ask the clerk to tell them to quiet down it never stop. I even ask to change room but the hotel talk to me with some arrogance. I did not appreciate the way I was treated, I understand you can control guest on the lobby but you should accomadate me better because the noise were unbearable past midnight. It was a bad experience overall .

Nothing really spectacular. Mattress was not firm enough for my taste. Wasn't that obvious to find as the place is hidden behind a Target store

Guest Service very poor

The front desk guest service is really bad. The employee at the front desk thinks she is doing me a favour by providing me the room. I will not return to this hotel.

Great stay.

Pros: Location and Breakfast. Good variety with fresh fruit. Super Clean.
Cons: The only thing I would improve on is queen size beds. Doubles are a bit tight when you have to share and more face cloths to meet the number of guests
Everything about this hotel is great. Second time for me at the Fairfield Inn. Great location between Woodbury and New York City.

To who it may concern , and to all the people who are from out of town and coming to this area , from the deepest of my heart i am telling you that i am traveling for business over 20 years all over the world , and i never ever had and saw such a super ,wonderful , nice , good team and staff like this HOTEL , The management Debby and Ray are such a sweet wonderful people that i am so surprised that even in any 5 start fancy shmancy hotel in Manhattan they do not have such a super nice good management and staff like here ,,,and also the lovely man by the name Sixto ,he is so so so devoted and helpful to all the guest ...Please give it a try and i am sure u will not regret ....Israel j.
