Ok for a short stay

Nice staff, clean hotel but a little outdated. Beds not the greatest. Washroom starting to fall apart and need remodeling ASAP! Ok for a night stay.

I booked the reservation because it was a Mariott Hotel. I rated the experience as a 3, because it was adequate. I think that the price we paid was excessive considering that it was about average.

Wasn't bad. Seems a bit old fashioned but wasn't that bad. Beds were comfy.

Our stay was great with one exception. The toilet in our room was slow flowing when flushed and when we called for a plunger we were told that no one could help us. They told us there was no one in the hotel who could bring us a plunger and that no housekeeping staff were on duty. So at 1:00 a.m. we were told our only option was to change rooms. I found it hard to believe that if any guest needed anything he had nothing to offer them. Sure enough when discussed with desk clerk in morning there was a plunger in the closet behind the front desk. Was disappointed in how this issue was handled by this man at the front desk.

Good hotel for the price..very convenient to Interstates and Tapanzee..lots of restaurants and services right around the hotel..will stay again

No working elevator

The hotel did not have a working elevator and it seemed this was the case for some time. The staff could not tell me if/when it would be fixed in the near future. Walking up to the top floor with 2 kids and all of our luggage was awful.
