“Superb & Reasonably priced!”

I travel professionally - what that normally means is that I spend the majority of my time in 5 Star+ hotels internationally. So when I rate this hotel - which is bargain priced and well located for Springfield as a "5" overall, that means something.... The staff was superb - the location was a bit noisy but not so much so that it interrupted sleep... The big thing for me is that the staff is customer based... and they were exceptional... from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff.... super customer oriented and willing to help out anyway they could - It took one phone call for the front desk to authorize us a late checkout - which m family ended up not needing - but the care of the staff is there... Thanks again for a very economical and comfortable stay!

No problems. Staff was super friendly. I needed a place to sleep on a drive cross country. It was perfect.

We had a very enjoyable stay. We found things to be in tip-top shape and the front staff were very helpful and friendly. Wish there had been indoor stairways rather than outdoor but other than that, everything was very satisfactory. Would definitely stay there again and would absolutely recommend to others.

“Great little motel in a nice area for a very reasonable rate”

This is not the ritz, but then the price is easy on the wallet. There were a lot of nice touches and we'll definitely be back. We like the pond nearby with the walking path around it. It was very quiet - indeed much more so than a lot of more expensive hotels we've visited. The breakfast was what you'd expect for the price. We really enjoyed the small sitting area in the room and the little private dressing area next to the bathroom. The small fridge and microwave were also nice touches.

“Great value for the money!”

Arbor Suites Medical Mile is an overall good value. The price is very inexpensive for what you get. The room was very clean and well kempt. The staff was friendly, as well. The only con that I could think of is the side of the suite we stayed on is very close to a freeway. Since it's actually "motel" style, with the doors on the outside, it was a bit noisy. But, I think a good door sealant would have fixed that issue. Overall, the value of the stay was excellent and I will stay there again!

“Small hotel, large rooms!”

This is the perfect hotel at the right price, especially if you are staying in Springfield for medical reasons. Cox is next door, and Mercy is straight up National. Ask about the medical rate. We found the room to be roomy and very clean. It had everything we needed, including a microwave and mini-refrigerator. We weren't able to use the pool, but it also looked clean. There is a nice gazebo and an outdoor grill. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

“Perfect hotel for my family”

This hotel was just right for my family. We needed a ground floor room and they were very accommodating. The hotel seemed pretty full but the noise was at a minimal. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the price was very reasonable. Having a sofa was a nice extra.
