“This hotel suits me to a "T"”

This hotel suits me fine. The people are helpful and friendly, the place is clean and in good repair, complimentary breakfast is good and convenient, the rooms are nice and neat and comfortable, it's in a pretty location, and the price is reasonable. What's not to like? Oh, yes, and the people who stay there are nice and family-like. That makes it very pleasant. It's a little confusing to get to the first time on Evangel street, but not a big deal.

“I would go elsewhere to stay”

I was not overly impressed with the Comfort Inn in the Ozark area. The place is old and needs to have some updates done to it. The Comfort Inn in Branson was exceptional compared to the one in Ozark. I think if Comfort Inn would like more people to stay then they need to do some changes and updating on their facilities. The first motel room that I was assigned to was not even cleaned. I asked for another room and found that one to be cleaned. First impressions are huge and in order to get raving reviews there needs to be further updates and changes made to make that first impression a great one.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, clean, good location convenient to everything, nice area, very clean room and hotel in general. Very courteous and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again!

“Not fancy, but clean and comfortable”

Enjoyed our short stay-the shower was pretty slow but was hot, the room was clean and sheets looked good! Clean means a lot to me!!! The staff was friendly and helpful-recommended a great mexican place to eat. We'll go back again if in the area!

“Farther away from Springfield than I had hoped but not too bad”

The staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. Was a bit more of a drive to Springfield than I had planned but overall not bad. A couple of nice eating places in town, nice park and riverwalk.

“Excellent value in Ozark,MO”

Many complained about smoke smell - there was none, and I'm very sensitive to that. Some complained about the staff having a difficult to understand accent - the staff spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

“I always come back to this same hotel.”

I thought this is a really decent hotel. The price is about right, it is nice and clean, the people there are helpful and polite, the rooms are comfortable, clean and odor-free, and the continental breakfast is unusually good. All in all, for that price range it couldn't have been better. No way, no how. Just a word on the location: It's on the West side of the highway. As you come off HW65 and turn West, you have to be careful to catch the left turn on 21st street, then at the "T", turn left again.

“Nice stay for the money”

Pretty standard room. Did seem clean. Microwave ended up not working. Hot tub was a little too hot - i think a couple degrees over the normal limit of 102. Pretty standard continental breakfast. They did seem a little eager to remove it before it was quite time.
