The pool and hot tub are not working, the WiFi doesn’t work, the beds are like sleeping on a park bench. I’m extremely disappointed we were not notified of the pool not working so my kids are upset and now they can’t even play with their tablets due to no WiFi

The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee was not the best and the beds were extremely hard. We stayed when they had a state wrestling competition in the city, and apparently "practice" was going on late at night and early in the morning. The heater/air conditioning unit was extremely finicky and it was either way too hot or way too cold.

Poor customer service
It was terrible. The girl working the front desk was rude and did not want to help us with our air conditioner situation. The ac did not work all night and we couldnt sleep we were sweating and my 12 yr. Old and my 5 yr. Niece were with me. We contacted tyem twice and all they said was we are sorry there is nothing we can do. Yes you can change our room especially if we paid for our hotel in advance anyways. Will never go there again.

The pool and hot tub are broke down and I was not told this when making the booking. The area is dirty. They did give me a discount. This is my second issue with a comfort inn this week. Will never stay in one again.

Hotel is a little dated. The pool and hot tub was closed. Our showerhead need replaced. It was leaking all over also needs a new shower curtain. My biggest complaint is it was a two day stay, and while we were gone, housekeeping entered our room to clean it I have never had housekeeping enter during a stay at any hotel, I thought it was creepy and we had left stuff out. We would have put away, but knowing someone was coming in the room.

Comfort Inn with no comfort!
Key system not working. Had to have someone go with you to open door. Our room was what they called ground level but it was the basement where their washers and dryers were. The room was dark and old. Noise from above horrible. Toilet not working properly and the entire room was musty. We had just driven 600 miles for this. Told we could leave and look for another hotel and we would be refunded. Customer service was not shown by anyone. Plus we waited for 15 minutes for someone to check us in. Worst stay we have ever encountered and we traveled a great deal over the past 59 years.

Cards to all rooms don’t work and have been down for a month! Had to have the clerk let me in each time to my room. Cloth furniture had boogers smeared all down the side of it. Coffee machine in the room didn’t work went down to get coffee and NO regular coffee at the breakfast bar! Really! On the plus side biscuits and gravy were good, bed was comfortable but hotel is old and warm down. But no coffee!

The only thing I can say that’s negative about this stay was their door locks were down in the whole building so every customer had to ask to be let into their rooms individually. However- they worked their tails off to make sure that everyone was taken care of and never showed any sweat. True dream team! I’d stay again just because of the girls who worked Friday night (:
