“Worked for us!”

The condition of the hotel was quite good. Most everything seemed recently remodeled. The room itself was quite small (narrow) with little extra room but it worked fine for us. Breakfast was good with the typical continental breakfast choices - cereal, waffles, etc. The only other complaint we had was that the controls on the air conditioner did not work and it got REALLY COLD in the night. We ended up having to unplug the unit. The hotel was close by to the activities we had planned - Basketball Hall of Fame and Six Flags - and there were plenty of options for dinners, etc in a 5 minutes distance.

Great location to alot of restaurants, and the holyoke mall is not far. Not to mention close to Six flags.

Desk staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying. Convenient to the highway, and a pool for the kids, this was a great stop over for a travelling family.

The hotel was very nice, fireplace in sitting area. 24 hour fresh coffee. They have a big whirlpool, pool and sauna. Everything was clean and well mantained. Breakfast was great. You can make your own fresh waffles. And plenty of other choices.

was extremelt satisfied. a little hard to find. off beaten path but if you have gps it is quite easy. very quiet because it is off main road. close to shopping and restaurants. staff very friendly. kids were with me. they enjoyed the pool immensely.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Matinence lacked, pool toilet clogged both days, broked electrical sockets and filthy air condictioner vents. No directional arrows to indicate which way to numbered rooms. Minor items most would overlook. Pool was refreshing.

Having prepaid through Expedia, check in and out was a breeze. Though the motel was handy to the interstate and getting around, it was a little hard to find at first. But, in general the location was handy for getting to the museums in Springfield, Stockbridge, and Amherst.

Comfort Inn is clean ande modern. Only problem rooms could be larger. Space is really small especially for family.
