“Nice, Convenient Accommodations at Springfield Airport”

Service and room were great. View was okay (only 3 floors available and we over-looked the highway). Front desk was very helpful and made excellent restaurant suggestions as well as giving printed driving directions.

Most impressed with cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is decorated beautifully. There were always cookies or fruit available at the check-in desk. The service was great. We definitely will use this hotel again.

“Friendly, clean, and super-close”

I was visiting for a friend's wedding, and this hotel was not only extremely close to the airport, but very convenient to all the major avenues and highways in the Springfield-Branson area. The one drawback was roomservice; the food was a little bland and the selection was not large, but then again, I was ordering pretty late in the evening. I will definetely stay at this hotel if/when I return to Springfield.

Cold outside but pleasant inside. Helpful staff got us a list of restaurants, even called to make sure they were open.

“A very nice hotel”

Our family stopped for a night during a road trip, and we were quite pleased with the property. It appears to have been recently renovated -- the lobby area and bistro were very comfortable. Bistro food was good, although maybe a bit pricy. Rooms were nice and clean, as expected. Surrounding area is quiet, which has pros and cons (there's a large farm across the street). Will likely stay there again during our travels.

“Good for a nights sleep”

I used the hotel as a placed to stay while attending a family memorial, so I did not use any of its amnemities except what was in the room. The hotel internet connection was slower than dial up so I quit trying to use it. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

“Nothing special but ok”

The front desk staff were very nice. The rooms were not very clean, trash still in the trash cans, beds didn't look made up. The food in the little cafe is good but pricey. If you don't have transportation, since there is nothing in walking distance you have no choice but to eat there. The location is on the out skirts of the city so, there isn't much to see.
