“Great hotel”

I would stay there again. Great breakfast and the staff was great. Very good neighborhood quite I got the rest that I needed before I had to unload the moving van.

“Terribly Disappointed”

Never would I have stayed at this hotel if I knew what it was. This is a renovated hotel in a remote area where I did not feel safe. I would never choose a renovated hotel if I know because cost is the same many times as other newer hotels. This hotel had a dingy, dark hall entrance to rooms, holes in the curtains and blanket. Internet did not work the 1st night and I called front desk 4 times (@ least 10 rings each time) with no answer until I had to walk to front desk. Before arriving called hotel to confirm and had to call 3 times before got someone to answer on 4th call.

“OK for the price”

This hotel is located behind a small shopping center. The room was clean but the bed spread had a ripped seam at one corner and the floor lamp cord was too short to reach an electrical outlet. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of waffles (made by one of the staff or owners), cereal and pastries. My room was quiet. It was an adequate place to sleep but nothing special.

“I would not hesitate staying at this hotel again.”

I were very satisfied with the service at the front desk and at breakfast the following morning. I room was very comfortable and clean. All personnel was friendly and enjoyable to be around. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel. I especially enjoyed the fresh waffles that were made for us. They were from scratch not frozen. I really enjoyed the coffee that was delivered to your room when you had a wakeup call.

“highly disappointed”

there was bad air conditioning flow and made hallway extremely warm. sink in bath tub was clogged, we notified and they never corrected. very uncomfortable bed, linens and poor quality towels.

“Support American owned businesses”

The hotel was excellent, clean and well stocked with everything you need for a night's stay or more. We will definitely stay here again.

Area recommendations

We always stop in Springfield on our way to Branson, MO. We enjoy Bass Pro and PFI. They are great places to shop.

When to go

Any time is a good time to visit Missouri. We have been there in all seasons and there are always many things to do.

“Traveler from St Louis”

After staying there and having such a great experience I stayed there the next time I went and had the same great customer service.

Area recommendations

We were very close to the mall and there were many, many resteraunts to choose from. We went to see the Bass Pro Shop and it was a short drive to Branson and Table Rock Lake.

Getting around

Everything we wanted to see was fairly close to the location.

“most curteous service! clean,quiet,A++++++++++++service”

The staff at this hotel was very curteous, helpful, and hospitable.....breakfast was presented beautifully.........delicious, fresh foods, and there was a variety to choose from........fruit,pastry, cereal, waffles, muffins and toast... choice of teas, coffee....... tables were clean and decorated with centerpieces.... atmosphere was inviting..........we'll go back!!
