“Simply put--Satisfied”

We stayed with our 5 year old on a Saturday night and it was a very "comfortable" hotel. The beds were comfortable, the water temp and pressure good and everything else extremely fine. Would stay again--would recommend to someone else. No worries about security and front desk attendant was very friendly.

“Not A Pet Or People Friendly Hotel”

Why didn't they tell us on the web page that there was a pet charge? The young lady in the morning is anything but friendly. Thank goodness that the manager was caring and wanted to help us with early check-in. The locked door between rooms was paper thin and every noise was heard. To be fair, the morning manager was accommodating and the free breakfast was very good. I'll stay a different place next time.

“Great place to stay in Springfield”

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to any questions and helped point out surrounding points of interest. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!

Area recommendations

There were several fun sites close by including the Bass Pro Shop, thrift stores, pawn shop, quick shops and the staff helped us find the mall and other shopping places. It feel like a safe, secure place to stay and I was not worried about security at all.

“Good bang for your buck”

I visit Springfield on a regular basis. I have tried a number of hotels with varying levels of satisfaction. However, I have found this Day's Inn to be a consistently good balance of location, cleanliness and price. Don't expect anything fancy, but it more than does the job for a good deal.

“Watch the safe expense!”

You need to be careful when you get your bill. They charged us for a safe in the room even though we didn't use it. They did say they would credit our account back. We paid through expedia and then they charged us too. The staff was nice and the warm cookies on arival made the kids very happy. We would stay here again.

“Would definitely stay again.”

The location was conveniently located for my needs, but is just across the street, with plenty of ammentities nearby. I was very satisfied with our room and the attendant that checked us in. The room was clean, comfortable, & suited all our needs. The check-in was quick & painless, and the young lady that took care of us, could not have been more pleasant.

pool to small ,overcrowded by uncontrolled children.breakfast room too small and crowded .food was okay ,if you got to it ....had problem with one of our rooms ,poor service to correct it ,will not stay there again...
