This was such a speacial trip. Neko, you are an amazing individual. My boyfriend I celebrated Valentines Day late. Neko set up the room Valentines themed with roses, rose petals, chocolate, a teddy bear and a bouquet of balloons!!! It was sweet and so very speacil. This is why we always stay here when we need to get away from our day to day. Neko and staff, you are the best. 10 🌟 🌟
Was pleasant, room cleaner than a lot of other hotels, just don't walk barefoot in room, feet will be carcoal black. Pool open all night, was some partiers that keep me up a little. Breakfast better then some top notch hotels. All n all comfortable
As always pleasant stay. So convient near my Drs. Luv the close restraunt Mikasi Japense food. I even bought some long stem roses from a lady that were beautiful.
10 gold stars. Thsnks for all the little details, ground floor, ac is on n room is cooled, 2 ashtrays, clean, and the convenient breakfast with lots of options. Neko and staff ate the best. See you again this weekend!
As always had a wonderful stay. Neko n staff were so accomadating, in so many ways. I alwaus het ground floor because i have bad knees. Breakfast was great. Ill be back
This hotel has a lot of truck drivers. Some of them idle their truck all night and that can be noisy. You may have to wait for the pool ,they had guest sneak in from the hotel next to them and had it packed until a staff figured it out or a guest complained. Bomb squad had to come, some kind of threat was made from the last building so they all evacuated up to ours and sat in the sun forever. Keep an eye out for used needles. Enjoy your stay !
Econolodge is the only place I will stay in springfield. Neko in guest services knows how to treat the guests. Ac is on in the room. Its the attention to details and the pleasant visit that does it for me everytime. Down to the GM Tiffanie, everyone is accomadating, friendly, and efficient. And a 6 coarse breakfast is a bonus!!!
This property has blown me away with their service. That is hard to do considering ive been in sales 25 years. Im very perticular about customer service and hospitality. If there was a 10star status they would get 100. Shout out to my favorite guest service Neko. He always lays out the blue carpet for me, and genuinely cares about the gueats.
The staff was amazing. I needed a ground floor, and they were ao quick to accomadate. I had a Dr apt why i needed a room closer to my Dr. Nikko, the gentleman that chwcked me in, even asked thw next day how it went. I even lwft him a tip because you dont get top of the line service like that anymore. The breakfast was plentiful and good. 10 star rating if I could.
When we first entered the room, there was a big spider on the wall above the bed. The bed sheets had marks on them and appeared to be dirty. Looked as if they just remade the bed after the last person stayed in the room. The floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was 3 piles of cigarette ashes on the floor. There was 2 of the lamps that were unplugged. I had to pull out the furniture to get to the plug ins. The coffee pot had a layer of dust on it so I didn't use it. The furniture in the room was very outdated and looked as if it was from the 70's. Most of it had something broke on it. The toilet seat had spots on it where the lamination was peeling off and it poked you when you sat on it. There was a ton of beer bottle tops, bottles and cans and other trash covering all the landscaping around the room and property. They had a small breakfast buffet in the morning. There was very little eggs in the container and the eggs that were there had been sitting there so long that they were sitting in a puddle of water because of the condensation. The potatoes tasted as if they were microwaved and were still cold in the middle. The coffee was so cold that my cream and sugar wouldn't dissolve. The only soda vending machine that we could find had a note flashing on it "All sold out." There is a lot more, but I think I have said enough. I would have expected most of this out of a $50 - $60 dollar room but I payed almost $90 dollars for this room so I wouldn't recommend it.
Needed a place to stay along our drive from Iowa to Texas. For the price it was more than we expected. In room coffee, fridge, microwave and toiletry amenities. Very nice hot breakfast with eggs, sausages, toast, bagels, cereal and juice choices.
Restrooms were dirty in the corner. The room was dark and one light did not work. The toilet ran all night. It took a long time to get the room to a comfortable level from the cold temperature that it started at. The gravy was in globs as if it had just returned from the refrigerator. There was bread no butter. The internet would not stay up. The check in gentleman was pleasant but that was about all that I can say was positive.
They gave me a room that was already occupied, absolutly ridiculous. Then when I finally did get a new room, there were ants and burn marks in the furniture and sheets.
The staff seemed to be socially liberated. The room was priced adequately. If on a tight budget and need a place to stay, this place might be worth a consideration.
Kristi, thank you for taking the time to rate your stay with us. I am glad to see you enjoyed it! We will see you the next time you are in Springfield!
