This is obviously an older building but appears well-maintained. Our rooms was clean and quiet, staff was welcoming and helpful.

Great and helpful staff. Very clean and updated rooms. Fitness area, washers and dryers on site. Easy on and off from the highway. Very quiet and safe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! It’s an older property, so there are issues that aren’t easily resolved. It was great to have access to a washer and dryer with no charge. Our room was comfortable and clean.

The ice machine was really nasty and crusted, the beds are uncomfortable( very springy), and in the morning there was a staff member in the hallway talking so loudly it woke me up.

We stayed for one night and our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked well and we had no issues. Check-in & check-out were seamless. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was the average/typical offerings. The cost per room was very reasonable. The motel is located right off Hwy 65 and very conveniently located without a lot of traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Great curb-appeal. Price was right and it was clean. Only issue was loud climate unit and sink didn’t drain very well. Breakfast was great, as was dining area. TV was intuitive and performed well. Gym was above average. I’d stay there again.

Breakfast could be a lot better, the other greenstay is better. Beds were not very comfortable. This was a little cheaper this time,so we stayed here. Will go back to the Greenstay on Battlefield from now on.

The hallways and rooms smelled like stinky feet so bad. There was hair in our tub. The breakfast was gross. They only had like 3-4 options of things to eat. I recommend staying at their other facility down the road. The weight machine in the gym was broken and there were no free weights. I booked at the wrong one and should have asked for my reservation to be transferred. I would not recommend staying here.

Over all, very nice stay. The room was clean and everything functioned. Staff was very helpful. Some of the cabinetry in the room is showing its age. Wish there were towel rakes in the bathroom. For the price, it was a great value.

During an artic blast. Property was cold. Our first room had broken heat and was musty. They were nice about moving us to new room. Hard to find places to eat. Breakfast was pretty good.

Property was fine...clean, but needed some minor repairs. We did have to change rooms as refrigerator didnt work, and second room the heat was on permanent high. Hotel is beside freeway, but noise was minimal. For 5 night stay we requested housekeeping once, and they did fine job. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast left much to be desired. The city of Springfield is only 10 min drive for restaurant, groceries, activities, etc.

Comfortable for a quick stay
Room was clean and comfortable, yet dated. Staff was great and professional. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was cold, not many choices, and we were there right after it opened. They had a toaster, but no bread, bagel, or muffins! Recommend skipping breakfast here.
