“Very good choice”
Stayed there as a result of storm damage/power outage in hometown. Very comfortable, good amenities, nice breakfast included, and the front desk was helpful when I cut myself and needed a bandage, they came up with one as a courtesy. Would stay there again, but hope we don't have another catastrophic storm!
“Very Pleased”
Stayed only one night, but felt that everything was well done. Manager met us and signed us in. She was very personable. They made the effort to make guests feel at home. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Though we didn't need it there was coffee out all day for guests and cookies in the evening. When we arrived back late, it was nice to get a cup of tea and a cookie before bed. The hotel maintained a large book with local restaurant choices. Breakfast was good. Staff at desk and dining, all friendly and accomodating.
“Off to College”
The hotel front desk staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond to assist us with information, even printed out a map for us. The breakfast was very good as well and included with the room.
“luxurious rooms at great price”
the hampton inn hadley is just minutes off I-91. it is a great location for traveling to amherst and northampton and the 5 colleges in the area. the rooms are luxurious. we had a king size bed and a couch that opens up to a sleeper for my son. i slept like a log in the pillow-top bed. free wi-fi, fitness center and a nice indoor pool. waffles for breakfast besides the usual bagels and cereal.
“Nice hotel”
The staff was very accommodating and our room was nice. It is a short drive to Amherst College. We would use this hotel again when visiting Amherst, even though the breakfast wasn't terrific.
“Very helpful and accommodating staff”
We had originally planned on staying for one night but upon check in needed to stay an additional night. The hotel did not have any vacancies for the second night but staff monitored the situation and reserved a room for us once a vacancy opened up. We had to check out and recheck in to a new room but staff moved our luggage for us and made the entire process seamless. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to others.
“Great staff!”
The hotel is clean and comfortable, but what really distinguished our experience was the very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.
“Will return again”
This is our second trip to Hadley and stayed at this hotel before. When we arrived we were checked in right away. The room was very comfortable and clean. We were there for 2 nights and had absolutely no problems at all. The pool are was clean and the breakfast was great in the morning. This year they had make your own waffle station the kids loved it. I would definately recommend this hotel.
“A pleasant stay!!”
We were greeted promptly by a very friendly and knowledgable staff. The room was clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning.
