Reservation was made for the incorrect date

Pros: Focus on customer service
Cons: Include breakfast with daily rate
Location: We just stayed the night - there was a panera across the street.
Our reservation was made one day earlier than planned. We showed up at 11:00 pm after a long day on the road to discover this problem. The front desk clerk, Trisha, found an available room and moved our reservation. We greatly appreciated her willingness and attention to customer service.

When I stay at a Hilton I expect everything to work. The whirlpool was a 90 degree tub with no jet action.( normal is 105 degrees and turbo jets) the worst part is the staff was told to tell everyone that it was not broke. The second thing that was broke was the fan in the bathroom. the only way to keep everything from steaming up when showering was to leave the door open. third was the hair dryer which was going to defog the mirror. NOT I think I am generous to give a rating of 3 I will check for any other hotel before I stay at another Hilton

On behalf of the staff I would like to apologize for the heat temperatures of the spa not being correct. The spa does not have turbo jets like a Jacuzzi will have. Thank you for bring other issues to our attention so that we can correct the issues.

Pros: The lobby and bar.
Cons: Mirror with magnification in washroom.
Location: State Capitol Building was incredible!
Breakfast was costly. Noisy air conditioner. Rest was fine.

Bed too firm for my ideal

Cons: Security cameras - we had our motorcycle stolen from a hotel in another state 2 years ago. When away from home, we always worry.
Location: Location close to Bob Evans restaurant
Easy check in and check out process. It would be nice to be able to book a room specifically accessible to exit and with view of vehicle.

Great Place!

My son(4yrs) and I stayed for one night while visiting his Dad, who is working in Springfield for two weeks. We had a great time! The buffet breakfast was awesome! We also had fun in the swimming pool. The rooms were CLEAN and the staff was very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.
