“Hotel Horrible”

Hotel is extremely difficult to access. Room was smaller that I have encountered in other hotels.....even places like Comfort Inns, Holiday Express, etc. Windows leaked rain, and had to be moved to a 3rd room just to have a dry room. Restaurant was overprice, with moderate to low quality meals. Best part of the entire experience was checking out after 3 days there !!

“Perfect Location with a rental car”

I chose this location due to the convenience of freeway access and comfort. The remodel is stellar and while in town for a wedding I saw 5 more expensive rooms at other places around town. This was the best, plus 20 minutes from everywhere, though the freeway entrance is a little tricky. I would not reccomend this hotel if you have no vehicle.

“If you need wi-fi, don't stay here”

This hotel, albeit quite old, has been updated and is really nice inside now. The rooms were well appointed, the beds very comfy, large LCD TV and every amenity you could want or need. But, if you need access to wi-fi to do your work, I experienced tons of problems that were very frustrating. Initially I couldn't find a network to join so I called the front desk and said she would call me back after a call to their IT dept. She never called back but within 10 minutes, there was a Hilton wi-fi network available to join. Throughout my 3 day stay, there were continuous problems with the network. I kept having to log in repeatedly, sometimes 3 times in 10 minutes. Frustrating! The network was also quite slow. Also, beware having the hotel call a cab for you - a Town Car showed up and the driver (probably a friend or relative of the desk clerk), tried to get more money out of us than we would have been charged for a regular cab ride. He wanted $12 instead of $10 that a regular cab would charge (we paid $10) but discovered on the return trip that a metered cab actually charges $6.80!

“Great base to explore Washington”

This location was a great base for my son and I to explore Washinton, DC. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Metro station so we were able to avoid the traffic and trying to drive and park in the City. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to get around the hotel area easily and find the locations we were looking for each night. Overall great stay.

We were extremely impressed with the staff. Front desk staff was helpful and informative. All staff was friendly and accommodating. We liked the pool and especially liked the private entrance to and from the pool. I was surprised that a life guard was on staff during pool hours. The room was spacious and clean.

“great location- great comfort”

pros: we had to be in the area of Wa, Dc. This hotel was at the crossroads of every rout and highway you need to get around from Washington to VA. The room was very clean. The TV was a larger then most flat screen and the king bed was the most comfortable I have had in a long time in a hotel. Definitly would stay there next time. The Restaurant it has in it's first floor is pricey but good food. cons: no free continental breafast or coffee in the AM all had to go through the restaurant and be paid for.

“Very nice Hotel for the price!!!”

Hotel was nice and clean. The double room was a bit small but nicely put together. No complaints at all. we still loved it.
