Room problems, over priced

Remote dead, clock an hour off, shower head busted off of the wall. Toilet took 6 flushes to get everything. All your's for the low low price of 175 per night! Restaurant and breakfast was good though.

The hotel is conveniently located to downtown D.C.

Pros: The bathroom was efficient and well supplied with toiletries which were replaced daily.
Cons: After the initial two bottles of complimentary water were used it would have been nice to have had replacements.
Location: The Springfield metro was a very short shuttle ride away to downtown DC.
Cleanliness and location is how I would describe the hotel. The hotel staff was efficient and unobtrusive.

The front desk personnel were not professional. Management should ensure that all personnel know the hotel policies. they did not even know what a property receipt was.....I left my laptop to be secured by management until my return. The front desk clerk tore off a peice of paper, wrote myname on it, and said, when you come back tellme your name. I received no property receipt. Instead, The clerk scribbles his name on a hotel business card and said that was my receipt.....I just laughed.

Location: walking distance to metro - but for those who need hotel provides shuttle service to metro at your scheduled time!

My stay was perfect and I wish it was longer. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area for it was clean and comfortable. This will be my hotel stay for the next time I am visiting family.
