“very nice! would love to return!”

Very friendly Staff, Hotel very clean. many things to do as a family in nearby Springfield,IL. or Jacksonville,IL. Hotel staff helpful from breakfast restraunts to shopping facilities.

“Awesome Cinnamon Rolls!!”

I was relucant to stay at a Holiday Inn because everyone I have ever stayed at had the most uncomfortable beds ever. I am happy to say that this one was an exception and I am glad I gave them another chance. The room was very spacious and clean. They also gave you two different pillow choices...soft or firm which was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was far superior than most hotels I have stayed in. The warm cinnamon rolls were HEAVENLY. I will definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that we had multiple problems with the electronic keys for our room. First we couldn't get in because the batteries were dead and then we had to have our keys reset twice. The staff handled all our issues quickly and politely though so it wasn't that big a deal.
