Nice Trip

All was good with the Ramada except they were a bit edgy when checking in and after the first night no towels were left in our room. Other than that it was comfortable and accomadating

Staff needs training

The staff was.not properly trained for Guest with accessibility needs and tornado warnings.

Our safety task force has reviewed our procedure for severe weather with all staff. These procedures specifically address assistance for people with accessibility needs. The recent severe weather did occur in around 2:30am when the number of staff on property is limited. Without further details about your experience, it is difficult to know where we could make improvements. Convenient to interstate, many restaurant choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had ample choices and good but the eggs need something to make them taste real. Lots of ambiance a very tropical feel. The only negative was the entrance was had to figure out. Very nice hotel.

Never again!

Room was filthy and shower had paint chipping everywhere I ended up with paint chips all over my feet

Good place to rest

I needed a place to rest that was close enough to Mercy hospital and this was a great choice. The room was clean. The wifi worked great so I could get homework completed at night. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Excellant staff and facility plus superb onsite Resturant. Will most definitely stay here for all my trips to Springfield MMissouri.

Everything we ask for

My husband and I chose this hotel to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. It had a great restaurant that will accommodate the high class diners and the average meal. Breakfast had a good selection However food was on the cold side. Pool and pool area made the stay a success. It really felt like the honeymoon we never had. I would stay again and plan too in the future.

Very nice place to stay with family. The free breakfast bar food has plenty of room for improvement. Overall nice place to stay.
