Everything was good until I went to take a shower and the curtain rod fell off wall ( supposed to be secured) and hit me in head. I skipped shower and checked out. Informed attendant. Would really like to be refunded for this stay. No reason it should have happened. I now have a lump on my way traveling out of state because someone couldn't or wouldn't do thier job. Unfortunate

as we walked in to check in, overcome by the smell of marijuanna! poor lighting as we got to the second floor. light at other end of hallway was flickering which made it feel like a scary movie. upon entering room, window wasnt shut completely and there was a big water stain on the bathroom ceiling. funky smell we couldnt identify. comforter on bed was stained and had burns on it. mirror looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in months. tv picture was blurry and almost gave you a headache watching it. DEFINATELY WONT be staying here again

It was a horrible hotel. No elevator. Kept trying to put me in a smoking room when I kept saying no. The room AC barely worked. The fridge didn’t work. The walls going up the stairs had liquid stains all over it. Will never stay there again.

Not clean there was cigarette butts in the hall ways. Bathtub was nasty, as well as when you sat on toilet you would almost fall off..Sheets had stains everywhere. Hair dryer and microwave did not work as well in the room.

We were just passing through so it was located where we needed to stop and had a great price. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The surrounding area was not great. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool was out of order.

Disgusting! So very dirty, our furniture was covered in a thick dust, we could write in it; trash under the sink counter, no toilet paper spool, two bath towels for our reservation of 4. Worst was the visible black specs from the apple juice dispenser in our glass, most likely mold. I would rather sleep in my car than stay this dirty hotel.
