Pros: Room was clean and comfortable; housekeeping staff very helpful.
Cons: Train leadership and reception staff to be hospitable to all of their guests.
Staff at checking area were bordering on rude - asked for room close to elevator or main lobby and I was placed way at the end of a long corridor (had explained that I had difficulty walking - did not help me figure out where my room was, key did not work so had to walk all the way back to the desk and again, all the way back.- I didn't expect anything more, really than a courteous expression of sympathy - not necessarily a different room if they were filled up (they weren't). They did not point out any amenites, such as available vending or morning breakfast. Not enough parking space either - once I went out in the evening, it was another long trek from car to my room. I won't go back nor recommend this place, although I frequently stay at hotels in that area.

We enjoyed my hubby's birthday stay in Springfield. The hotel was clean and neat, with a very friendly staff. We were slightly disappointed by the "breakfast" and the pillows and bed could have been softer. However, we had a pleasant stay.

Small and pullout bed from hell

The room was extremely cramped and the pull out bed was half broken. I would have slept better on a bed of nails. The staff were helpful and tried to upgrade us or send to another hotel but everything was booked as it was a holiday weekend. Room would suffice for 1-2 people max.

The two bedroom suite was the perfect room to have for our family. Private rooms but also close to keep an eye on the children. I loved it and would definitely recommend it to everyone and stay there again.

The staff was the best part about this stay. They were friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was out dated and dirty. The stove had thick black something around it, the barrooms were filthy and room had a weird smell.

For the most part I would stay there again

It was a nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Personally liked the location which is within walking distance to local eateries. The shuttle service was a plus. The only issues were a missing microwave plate and a fridge that had to be closed really firmly. The staff were responsive to complaints so overall, I'd stay there again.

Nice place to stay for a conference or business

I have stayed here twice in the last month for seminars near by. The staff is very pleasant, rooms are neat and clean, and the cost includes breakfast.
