Miscommunication from staff. I informed this location that I was relocating and I came into traffic issues so moved the reservation by a day. I had to call back to cancel due to severe weather and unsafe road conditions with an unexpected blizzard that was all over the news with accidents. Staff didn’t care, wouldn’t refund me or just charge a late cancel. THEY CHARGED THE WHOLE RESERVATION because $150 means so much to this big company. Rude staff that told me it’s not up to them. The manager never reached out. Expedia was willing to refund upon their approval and they said NO.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. All of expedia prepaid reservations are non refundable and nonchangable. This is expedia policy which we abide by. As a courtesy we did change the date of arrival for you which was a day later then what you had originally booked. If this was a regular reservation directly with the hotel then we would have been more flexible.

Very nice front desk staff Draven was amazing! He was so nice and very helpful. We asked to upgrade our room and he did everything he could as soon as he could. Very highly recommend!

I made a reservation and paid on Expedia. I got a confirmation email from Expedia, and then another confirmation email from the Best Western. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they did not in fact have a room available for me, and that it was up to me to contact Expedia for a refund. Ridiculous.

Our room was nice and big which is awesome with a big family, but one of the beds was broken and sagging so that was frustrating Nd not comfortable. The breakfast was a nightmare. It was messy there was not enough food at all, there was no yogurts, muffins, bread eggs and sausage there was not enough to feed our family alone ,there was maybe 4 bagels. Pancake machine was acting up and took a a life time to even get 4 silver dollar sized pancakes the peanut butter was in a Tupperware like it was brought from home so shared with 100s of people. I also feel like they need to hold their staff to some hygiene standards... most looked like they walked in off the streets, clothes flithy hair greasey or unbrushed ect. Over all the roome was just meh but loved the space but probably would not stay again nor recommend to any friends...

They need to train their cleaning staff better. The blankets and sheets were itchy and the room was lacking basic toiletries. Overall the staff was very good to us.

This hotel is very convenient to freeway access. Denny’s is across the road. No other food or coffee very near. Takes 5 minutes to drive South to nearest Chick-fil-A or In n Out. Don’t go to Orem for quick food, it’s a very busy town! Hotel is clean and has very good breakfast options. Loved the pancake machine and attendant was very friendly. There is a lot of water noises in hotel but it didn’t bother us. Might bother a light sleeper. It was a very convenient place to stay for competition at UCCU.

Upon checking in, a man behind the counter, I assume to be the manager, was very loudly discussing some problem on the phone with someone. It was distracting trying to convey to the clerk my name for check in. Unprofessional, and the property is not at all the quality or cleanliness of other Best Westerns that we have stayed in. We will not stay here again.

Has truck parking. The gentleman working the front desk, he may have been the General Manager was outstanding! Gee, came out and made sure I found a place to part my truck. He also made arrangements for me to have an early check in. He treated me like an old friend, not like a stranger here for 1 night. I spend about 10 days per month in a hotel. Without a doubt, Gee is the best at customer service. This will be my new stop whenever I’m in town!

When we arrived around 9pm there was no staff anywhere so we could check in. No signage anywhere stating they were on break or would be back soon. After about 10 minutes the maintenance man came to the desk and said the clerk would be a few minutes. 39 (I set a timer at this point) minutes later the front desk staff showed up. There was now a line up. Room was booked for 6 people there was only enough bedding for four. Had to go Back down to desk twice to secure enough bedding and towels. Nice facility but was extremely disappointed in the rigamarol to check in when tired from travelling with young children, because of this - i personally will never go back.

Room was clean. TV kept cutting out and remote batteries were worn out. System stated to call front desk for a replacement remote. Clerk did not offer to bring one to room, as I was naked and tired, I didn't do as she suggested and come to front desk for a replacement. halls have a musty order. Grounds mostly clean, was area out back that was overgrown and needs maintained. Our stay was comfortable.

The pool is gorgeous, room & hotel are gorgeous, comfy beds, too big of pillows for me. Close to interstate is good, truckstop across the street a little noisy.
