Excellent staff

Pros: Location to where I needed to be. This hotel would have to be the pick in Springwood.
Cons: Opening of there restaurant and bar. No breakfasts on Saturdays.
Location: Shops, bus services.
Friendly welcome, staff very helpful. King sized bed very comfortable. Walking distance to supermarkets and bus services.

The attitude of the Front of House person was unacceptable and not at all focused on customer service. His attitude reflected very poorly on the commercial arrangements between you and the Hotel. Although the damage had been done, his Supervisor (the next day) was somewhat more tuned in.

VERY TIRED PLACE

The carpet in hallway stained as in room. Very noisy aircon at lowest temperature. Missing crockery. Facecloth only replaced for one person when asked for two - two beds in room. Cereal still on floor for entire stay. When room serviced; bed linen pulled up it was literally that - mattress visible after same, and linen not tucked in. Nightwear left on bedside table yet had left under pillow, dust on services evident before first day and still there with cup stains when left ...A fulltime tenant would turn up at the pool when one of us was swimming and again an hour later when the other of us went down! The magnetic card horrendous - both of us got them replaced but still intermittent non-functioning. Another person was stuck in garage for 15 minutes till another turned up - NO-ONE ANSWERED THE BELL; when mentioned to the young staff member she said they should have walked up to the next level for help - there was no signage informing you of same. The DVD controls did not work. The TV controls died on first evening - found the batteries rusted, took overnight before replaced.
