Great stay!Posted Nov 18, 2013
My only critique, the bath towels were too small. Other than that the hotel was great. Great staff, clean attractive and comfy room. I would stay there again.

beautiful hotelPosted Sep 24, 2013
Location: lots of eating options close by
we requested early check-in with no problem. The rooms are large ,clean with 2 42" tv"s,a fridge and a/c that works well. the king bed was very comfortable with choice of soft or firm pillows,a nice touch.

Fairly new hotelPosted Sep 20, 2013
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and I appreciated the variety of food for breakfast - really good.
Cons: Get the hot tub going as quickly as possible regardless of number of guests.
Location: Lots of places to go hiking, pictures to take and close to Whistler.
It was nice and quiet when we were there BUT the hot tub was "out of service". Seems they had a rather busy weekend and needed to change the water. We arrived Monday, left Friday and the hot tub was down the whole time. Did not appreciate that. It made me feel that because there weren't that many guests that week, we were not important enough to get the hot tub up and running quickly. Sure could have used it after hiking all day. We did enjoy the pool.

Convenient location, very central, scenic locationPosted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: Friendly, efficient staff. New and comfortable rooms.
There was a slight mix up with our rooms but staff quickly remedied the situation and we were compensated generously upon check out. Although the hotel was full we found the rooms soundproof and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great!

relaxing stayPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The receptionist was snotty when I checked in. Lack luster personality. The management should really try to hire a more upbeat/warm personality to be at the front of the line. When we wanted to go out that night a big bus was blocking 3 cars, ours included. And the bus driver was on his cigarette break and would not let us pass. Management should make sure tour busses like that should not cause any inconvenience to their other guests. If we didn't have 360 view in the car we couldn't get out. Swimming pool was open, breakfast was excellent the lady bringing out the food was very quick and she kept the supply full.

dog bone laying on carpetPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our first experience of walking into the hotel is the poor laid out front desk. It is directly in front of the main doors and trying to line up to check in is impossible. You can't tell who is in line and who is not and then people try to step in front of you as you wait your turn. When we walked into the room I went over and opened the blinds and saw a dog bone laying on the carpet below the curtains. Obviously the room had not been power swept properly as it was in plain view. Also we were not advised that this was a pet friendly room as we would not have booked it.
