Following your comment, we have investigated in to the same and as per our records, you had booked an Executive room and have requested a Twin Room in the Executive Floor. However, as we had explained at the time of arrival, Twin rooms are not available in the Executive Floor, under Deluxe Category all the rooms are with Double Beds similarly mentioned on all our booking engines. However, understanding your dissatisfaction we had offered a Superior Twin room as an alternative option. Furthermore, all the executive floor entitled amenities were offered in the superior room as well as a free tea plucking tour arranged which to our regrets, due to the bad weather, you could did not visit.
