“Jersey's Best Hotel”

What an amazing holiday. The Somerville Hotel is in the most perfect location approx 2 miles from St. Helier and with plenty of gorgeous little restaurants on the front by the marina (Hightly recommend the Old Court House Inn). The Hotel and its staff were wonderful. We couldn't fault any part of the hotel it was fabulous. We ate in the Hotel one night and that too was amazing. Would without a doubt recommend it to anyone who likes luxury but doesn't want to go over the top spending wise. No way should this Hotel only be a 3 star.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Somerville. Our only small complaint is that there was too much furniture in the room. Otherwise, the staff were excellent, and the food superb. We visit Jersey twice a year, and will certainly return to the Somerville.

Quality hotel with great location and stunning views from public rooms and some bedrooms (we were lucky!). Staff are attentive and very switched on to looking after the guests - nothing seemed any trouble to them.Not a cheap place to stay but good value for the overall experience.Restaurant serves an excellent breakfast menu and exquisite evening meals...highly recommended.

An excellent Hotel in a lovely location. The Restaurant was first class - we were so impressed that my wife and I dined there on each of our four nights stay in Jersey.

The hotel was in an ideal position/locality, the staff were helpful, the waiters charming, always attentive without being intrusive, the food was excellent and it was clean and attractive. We will certainly return to the Somerville Hotel at the next opportunity.

“Comfortable with a wonderful view”

This is a lovely hotel overlooking the harbor above St Aubin, a quiet fishing village. Although our room was a little small, it was clean and cosy with a large luxurious bathroom. The wait staff at the hotel were friendly and courteous, always greeting with a smile and bringing our orders promptly. We had a full English breakfast daily and lunch one day - all were delicious. We preferred to sample the local restaurants in the evening for a change. Would certainly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. All the staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

“Wonderful time and great hotel”

The hotel had a brilliant view over the harbour, lovely watching this in the evening as it goes dark and the lights go on. The hotel was reaaly good, staff attentive, room nicely decorated, clean and lots of lovely white towels. The food was exceptional, the meal in the evening was really good value for money. Would love to go back again.

Excellent location, very good service & food. Superb views from the restaurant across the harbour made every meal a delight. Little niggles - car parking not always available due to lack of space & lift unreliable while we were there. But we had a really happy time at the Somerville and would not dream of staying anywhere else on Jersey when we return.
