This inn was fantastic for the price! Upkeep was great. Pool area was great. Close to beach, food, and stores. And the staff was excellent! We will be back!

Very good option ofr St. Augustine Beach area. I'm local and this place is always clean and the area around it is safe. Rooms are clean and there's a pool. I recommend it to incoming guests who are looking for a simple, safe, and clean option.

It IS a great value
I gave this hotel a great rating because of value for the money. It is SO convenient to old St. Augustine, and yet is almost right on the best beach in the entire area. It's under a 10 minute walk , but it's better to drive because you can park on the beach. The Oasis restaurant across the street is quite good also.

Poor accommodations
This hotel is dated although you can tell they are trying to make it better. We had no cable tv it was just like watching the old antenna tv. We had to walk to the office to talk to the man at the desk about the tv because the phone in the room didn’t work. His response was to wait until housekeeping came in the next morning for it to be fixed. Regardless we never saw housekeeping. I will definitely look for another place to stay the next time I’m in the St. Augustine area.

Obviously working on improvements...liked the fact there wasn't carpet on the floors. Overall it could be cleaner...edge under sink was dirty, and I wiped up a wet spot on the floor and the cloth I used was very dirty. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall good value for the cost.

The room and exterior were clean and neat. Overall really good condition. The disappointing part was check-in. We arrived about 20 minutes till 3pm. We thought maybe the room would be ready and we could check in a little early. At first it seemed like that would happen. He radioed house keeping and they said it was ready. He then said he made a mistake and the room was for someone else. He stated to come back at 3pm and they should have a room ready. So we sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting. I went back in at 5 minutes after 3pm. After checking 2 other guest he looked over and asked if I needed help. I guess in 20 minutes time he totally forgot my coming in earlier. Maybe he was new, he definitely didn't seem too sure of what he was doing. Another somewhat annoying point is he asked everyone for their ID and a credit card which is normal. However each time he asked each person if that was the credit card they wanted to use. It's a small thing but I seriously doubt anyone would hand him a card they did not want to put the charge on. It just added a little more time to the already slow check-in process. Other than this, the stay was fine and there were no issues.

Love this little place.
Spotless clean. Great service from everyone from the front desk to the service personnel. The pool area was clean and comfortable. Fresh coffee and juice in the morning. Short drive to the beach to watch a great sunrise.

Americas Best Value Inn
Staff were happy and easy to talk to and happy to serve. The room I stayed in was a king bed only and it was clean and very spacious also the bed was super comfortable I slept so good! I have two things I would recommend changing two things, first buy better quality new comforters and blankets all the linens (they are so thin so old not inviting to touch on your body ). Secondly I would add better food more breakfast items like eggs or waffles some juices better coffee or something hot to your complementary breakfast. If the hotel address and changes these things I would give it 5 stars but without the corrections being made I give the hotel 3.5 stars. Oh and the pool area is very nice clean tropical very pretty and inviting. The pool is huge and the water is perfect it’s also surrounded by a privacy fence so it’s very private and comfortable. Thanks America’s Best Value Inn for our stay , it was very nice comfortable very enjoyable u will recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you again!!!!!
