Close to Historic District.Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: The location to restaurants and historic attractions.
Cons: Too many to list.
Location: It is located almost in the center of most of the historic attractions.
While the location was great, I was disappointed with the room condition as well as the noise level of neighboring guests, swimming in the pool late at night, (after midnight) as well them talking in the corridors. Every noise seemed to reverberate through my room. As a result, sleep was intermittent.

Definitively no good for 108 dollars; a rip offPosted Aug 5, 2014
Location: Very good location
The bathroom sink was plugged up and they did not even have a tool to solve the problem. Definitively no good. Never seen a bathroom so small.

Great place to stay!!Posted Jul 3, 2014
I just got back from a 5 day vaca with my family in st augustine. I was looking to book a hotel with a great location that was central to old historic st augustine and found this Best western. What a great little hotel this was!! The location was PERFECT.....It was clean, in walking distance to everything, and above all, comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for the adventurer that loves to walk and go exploring. GREAT STAY!!

Unnecessarily dirtyPosted Jul 2, 2014
Carpets need a deep clean - my kids' feet were black after walking around. So gross! Bathroom areas were never cleaned in corners, light bulbs out and fixtures dusty. Pros: great location. Great price. SO, we would stay again. Just hope that they will have done some deep cleaning by then.

Beautiful view from the balcony to the bay.Posted Jul 1, 2014
The hotel is simple but clean with a very pleasant staff. It is located directly on the bay and is in the heart of the St. Augustine downtown district and shopping. Although not a 5 star hotel, I do not think there is a better one to stay considering the location.

Great Location but larger downfalls-money missingPosted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is located in the best possible place in St. Augustine. We only moved our car to go over the bridge to Anastasia Island. Everything else is walking distance. Floors turned our feet black but everything else about the room was okay. I found money missing from my wallet that was VERY WELL HIDDEN so the housekeeper would have had to REALLY been looking for it and going through my things. Couldn't get any help when contacting the hotel because I didn't discover until after heading home.
