Great location and value

Posted May 30, 2015
Pros: Location was central. Nice staff
Cons: Add an elevator. First floor may have security issue and is a lot louder but second floor is a super hassle to get to. Pack light
Location: castle, Riley's, restaurants and shops, water and pier
Only hassle was dragging our luggage up the stairs. No elevator. Awesome walkable location. Definitely recommend it for location.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful, full breakfast with even breakfast room service and Chocolate on the pillows! So unlike any other Best Western. Definitely will stay here if on the area again.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel personnel were very helpful and eager to answer any questions. Continental breakfast provided was enjoyable. Located in just the right spot for what we wanted to visit.

Pros: Location to many tourist attractions
Cons: Larger breakfast area
Location: The location was great. There are many, many things to do nearby and you can catch the old town trolley within a very short walk.
We had trouble at the airport with our luggage being lost. Received a lot of help from hotel staff.

Location location

It's nice that it's close to St. George and the shops but it's also across from the a fair, is loud. At night the drunks and partiers come out so it's loud at night while your trying to sleep. There is a price to being too close to the fun.

High on convenience, low on comfort!

Posted Apr 7, 2015
If you plan on doing some shopping in old town this location is perfect but I would recommend a 1 or 2 day stay at the most due to the size of the rooms and comfort of the beds. The beds are extremely hard and there isn't room to walk around them and I almost fell trying to maneuver my way in and out of the shower due to the very small bathroom.. Staff were pleasant and the hot breakfast was nice but 3 days was too long for those beds.

Good location but small rooms. Rooms were partially refurbished but still felt dated.

Spanish Quarters Best Western in St. Augustine

Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: The staff was cheerful and helpful beyond expectation.
Cons: Improve February to March weather!!
Location: Mainland recreation is handy to Old Town, historic museums that were hotels, trolley and walking opportunities.
This hotel is in a convenient location to reach amusements, trolley, and restaurants. The location is quiet. Small rooms are nicely decorated and maintained. Staff was friendly.
