Cleanest hotel and most honest service in St. Augu

I came to this hotel because the one I wanted was all booked up. From now on, I'll be staying here! The room was clean and comfortable, but the staff was the best part. Ajay, the manager, was the most wonderful host! When we checked out, I left behind my Droid phone. Ajay not only saved my phone, but thanked me for leaving the room so nice and gave me a discount on my next visit!

Location: Excellent location for outlet mall shopping
If you plan to use and or need WiFi this is not your hotel. Staff was excellent, and showed they cared for there customers needs. Rooms were clean. Shower very good. Tv channel choices fair. Want to thank staff for compassion they showed for a disabled customer.

Pros: My kids love the pool and made new friends. The staff was very helpful.
Location: Everything was great and close by.
My family member was getting married. I arrived very early 10:15am and was allowed to check in at that time. After a long drive from Palmetto Bay,FL

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: TV, showers, staff, and the beds
Location: Great location for outlet malls, too far from everything else.
The staff at the desk were not very friendly, the appliances looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a while. It was very out dated and had a horrible smell.

Pros: Near interstate I-95, Near shopping outlets and outlet mall
Cons: Need to make u-turn if returning to hotel from factory outlet plaza and u-turn also required to go from hotel to I-95.
Location: Location is good if you are heading north after your stay in St. Augustine
Hotel is very close to I-95 and nextdoor to a large factory outlet property. No free breakfast but IHOP restaurant is connected to hotel lobby. Room was clean and a functioning fridge and microwave were provided. The TV was very clear and a number of decent satellite channels were available.

Pros: Having IHOP next door for a late dinner and early breakfast; Outdoor pool was large and private. Hotel layout prevented car headlights in rooms!
Location: Easily accessible off the freeway.
A great value and very close to St. Augustine. It worked for us as we bought the Old Town Trolley tour (good for 3 days) and they will pick you up at the hotel so you don't have to find parking in St. Augustine. A great tour, too -- on-and-off stops and lots to see.

Hotel was average. Was kept clean. Main complaint was the tub and toilet were not draining properly. Spoke to front desk and they DID NOT have problem fixed.
