Average hotel close to beachPosted Jan 26, 2015
Cons: Attention to detail.
The desk attendant informed us our room was not yet ready and would take our phone number and call us when the room was cleaned. Coffee and tea was offered in the lobby. Good news! Wrong. The hot water was barely warm ,the coffee completely cold and there were no creamers. This trend continued the next morning when at breakfast again the coffee was only warm and there was no hot water available for tea. The breakfast was average at best.

Loved the hotel, very clean and comfortable... However, placed us not only across from the elevator, but near the refreshment area so I heard machines or people congregated talking all early morning.

Cons: Can't think of anything

Close to St Augustine and the OceanPosted Dec 21, 2014
Pros: Location and free breakfast.
Cons: For couples without children, stay with the standard room and avoid the studio suite. This "suite" is actually a large room that provides no privacy.
Location: St Augustine close by. Used the trolley for 3 days. Flagler college is a must. Learned a lot about early history of this area. Found it to be very
Efficient, fast check in. Helpful staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Standard hotel breakfast ~ prepared eggs, cereal, fresh fruit. For fitness enthusiast, the fitness center if much better than most. Has free weights, medicine balls, a stability ball and 2 tread mills, and elliptical and a bike. Mats are available from the front desk. Could do a reasonable workout.

Nice staff, huge breakfast buffet, otherwise underwhelming and tight parking.
